In my version the front wheel is rubbing against the mudguard. Maybe I used an old(er) tyre with slightly larger diameter? (Sorry again that i roasted/criticised lego and no, i still don't get any paychecks for roasting/criticising lego;).). Quote
R0Sch Posted March 2 Posted March 2 It's a pity the chain doesn't drive any piston engine. I feel like this is the weakest model of the bunch. 5 newer reddish orange parts and 2 cheap spur gears don't make this 7€ set a bargain either. The yellow axles and the blue gears stick out like sore thumbs. I get that bevel gears don't work with chainlinks, but lbg 3L axles would have made a huge difference. The next magazine should be released end of April as the cadence is every 2 month. Here's my Studio file of it: L0002292.io Quote
Johnny1360 Posted March 2 Posted March 2 Sure looks better with grey axles, makes you wonder why? Quote

Why did they stop following the previous numbering pattern? Quote

You could be referring to the same model. At the magazin publishers web site, you do not get any search result(s) for "412602" but for L0002291: https://www.blue-ocean-ag.com/bi/?tx_kesearch_pi1[sword]=L0002291 Why did they change? I don't know. But both Rebrickable and Brickset database are using the "L0029..." as identifier for Technic magazins sets. 412601 => L0002290 redirection at Rebrickable 412602 => L0002291 redirection at Rebrickable L0002292 only at Brickset Edited March 15 by anyUser Quote

For the magazine sets, the numbering ran from 412401 to 412403 starting in 2024, and from 412501 to 412506 in 2025. Now 2026 has just kicked off, and we initially still used 412601, but the numbering has now switched to this alphanumeric format. Quote

Stereo Posted Friday at 04:25 PM Posted Friday at 04:25 PM https://rebrickable.com/parts/5809/tyre-14-x-11-slick/ Looks like these tires, with a new technic pinhole wheel? Wider than https://rebrickable.com/parts/42610/wheel-11-x-8-with-center-groove/ Quote
R0Sch Posted Friday at 09:03 PM Posted Friday at 09:03 PM Didn't expect this little motorcycle to have also rear suspension with a rubber 1x2 element. So here is the updated Studio model of it with the correct parts now: L0002292.io And the official instructions for it: https://cdn.strapi.blue-ocean.de/uploads/951324_3b032dd6b3.pdf 4 hours ago, Stereo said: https://rebrickable.com/parts/5809/tyre-14-x-11-slick/ Looks like these tires, with a new technic pinhole wheel? Wider than https://rebrickable.com/parts/42610/wheel-11-x-8-with-center-groove/ That 14x10 wheel came out this year. It has one side made to fit City axle and the other side standard Technic pin hole, which is pretty clever. Design nr. 5807, costs 0,23€ and is currently available on PaB. I'll do the Go-Kart next. I think that wheel has a larger diameter? Probably the same functionality though. So combination stud & city bar axle hole, then pinhole with 6 spokes that can be an antistud. I tried to scale the pictures the same, which puts it at ~11.5mm to the one on the London Bus being 14mm diameter. Edited Friday at 09:27 PM by Stereo Quote
R0Sch Posted Friday at 09:36 PM Posted Friday at 09:36 PM (edited) @Stereo Yes, I imported both 5807 and 5809 to Studio, and the rim has to be smaller to fit the 14x11 tire. So it's the old 11x12 style rim similar to 6014 but with pin hole and City bar axle hole and like you said 11.5x12 Here's the mock-up. Edited Friday at 10:27 PM by R0Sch Quote
R0Sch Posted Saturday at 07:36 AM Posted Saturday at 07:36 AM (edited) And voila! L0002293.io And the coolest part about this little LEGO Go-Kart is not the 3 cylinder engine that is typically used in high performance, custom karts, but this here: Edited Saturday at 08:13 AM by R0Sch Quote
