Some more set descriptions

60480-Comes with 2 minifigures, 3 small rocks and a portaloo. The wheels are the small tires from 60498. 
 

60492-Comes with 4 minifigures and a buildable cart, 1 fig is a pilot, 2 are passengers and 1 drives the cart.

 

60497-Comes with 4 minifigures and 2 cars, 1 red and 1 yellow, 1 of the figures has a brick suit in medium azure.

Saw it! 

I'm a little disappointed with both the Tram and Pizzeria. Thought that both would be bigger. Considering the red tram is a goner and we haven't gotten any sizeable pizzeria since forever at this point. But hopefully the designs might change my mind

A larger pizzeria wouldn't be bad but I'll never be upset with a small little pizza joint (having fond childhood memories of the classic Town "Pizza to Go" set).

I'll still get it anyway for the vehicles. City never had much pizza delivery vehicles if I'm not mistaken. 

And the car caught my attention. Pizza delivery ain't just Mopeds. 

Even though the tram isn't of the usual kind, I'd still buy it aswell given the low beach areas city has recreated, besides the Marina and Lifeguard Station. 

The Backhoe was supposedly leaked aswell. Please be as good as the other set.

We do have pizza van in the past  but i don’t think we had delivery vehicles before. If court, Jazz Club modualr building has a delivery scooter but that’s it.
