I saw in an interview with Chris Stamp that they’re gonna be releasing quite a few construction sets over quite a number of years. 
I hoping the town sets are a Lego Store, Hospital and Dog Park

.....and post office and another bus. Judging from the piece count of one of them, it sounds like we're getting a town booster set.

Maybe 60494 ("No information") is a Coast Guard HQ or something? Or would that be counted as Town?

Not sure, wouldn’t be surprised if it was a Coast Guard HQ.

I’m just waiting for the set names to be revealed.
