[RUMOUR] LEGO Icons 10365 Black Pearl coming in 2025 - UPDATE: Price and Release Date

Ahoy! New here, this exciting news brought me.

Do you believe the rumor from the latest leak that there will be two more sets? I wonder what they could be, I have been waiting for the Interceptor or Flying Dutchman since 2011. If it's going to be a wave of Icons sets, my mind immediately goes to the mill on Isla Cruces and Port Royal, they're just the most iconic buildable locations that come to my mind. Isla Cruces already had a great set, but Port Royal only got an obscure combiner model, and it'd fit the scale of an Icons build. Just some speculation!

Jack‘s compass as some have suggested would make for a great GWP set, so I hope it‘s that!

Yeah, but do we really want a brick-built compass?  Or would we prefer a small Pirates of the Caribbean set with minifigs, depicting a scene from one of the movies?

Fans have long hoped for a Flying Dutchman set and are somewhat perplexed why one hasn't already been released.

But to date, The LEGO Group has only released PotC ships based upon what the pirates were sailing, so the Interceptor or Dauntless would also be welcome additions to the fleet, rather than rehashing the Queen Anne's Revenge or The Silent Mary which have already seen releases.

Wholeheartedly agree! I'd love to see something new, I already own all the existing PotC ships. That won't stop me from getting the Black Pearl again though :pir-wink:

It‘s a yellow box GWP, so new minifigs are off the table anyway

The colour of the box was not in question... the question was do fanswant a brick-built compass over a minifig scale set?

There is an imperial ship called Concordia (later renamed Queen Anne's Revenge by Blackbeard) made by the German Bluebrixx. It has 6000+ pieces and over 40 shooting canons. There are several reviews about this ship on YouTube, mostly in German. All are positive. €290

I heard there was a GWP coming with this, do we have any clue on what it would be?

In the new article it says that so far it's rumored to be a buildable of Jack's compass.
