Ok, since this topic is for mine mocs and other ramblings etc... 

Ok, i have gotten a bit hate towards for my statement on the 2026 topic. 

 

Well, im really sorry. I didn't know/relaised that my last sentence sounded like a marketing push. I was trying to be honest. But thanks to this fellah for his honest feedback that it sounded like marketing push. I will try my absolute best to stop using the sentence.

I don’t have any connections with pantasy or other brands. I will not accept any free money or free review copies for new set releases. That's against my ethics and that's why all of my product/set reviews don't have any affliate links. Because i will stay clear from any affliates and my moc building/reviewing operation is completely run and funded from my own pockets. I don't want to charge anything for my hard work creating mocs or instructions and as an little side effect of my choices, ethics and preferences i don't review currently any pantasy sets or others because of my money situation. Im currently saving my money for spring cycling trips plus other activities which i enjoy. So i have put on hold the review spree. Because im taking care of my wellbeing and mental situation. I know that for somebody my route and path which i follow sounds insane. But i like to stay humble and not flex with money from instructions sales or affliate links and im completely fine with peoples charging what ever their want for their instructions or mocs. But i have made early on decicion to stay completely free. Because current economic situation isin't good and i really want for everyone to enjoy building cool mocs. So because i stay free peoples can enjoy moc building without financial burden when buying instructions. So hopefully this clears more of mine decicions and im gratefull for you feedback and i will retract my wording about how expensive lego is. Because it's seemingly to you sounds like marketing push and i don't wanna be a salesman or assosiate with an salesman and i truely didn't know that my wording sounded like a marketing push. I have adhd plus asperger and learning difficultes so for me it's kind of difficult to learn which wording goes too far and thanks to @Divitis for pointing out that my wording for lego being expensive went too far. So as always stay safe and have happy building and if you have more constructive critisim or feedback let me know im more than happy to answer your hot questions or hate. Because i try to be open to all kinds of feedback i don't want to be labelet as an entitled idiot which don't lissen to anything. I tryely lissen to you constructive critisim and i try my best to perfect stuff. But as always nobody is perfect and we have our own advantages and weakness. Mine weakness clearly is that i don't know which wording goes too far. But with this constructive critisim i know now what went wrong and i will try to correct things:).

Allright now it's the march 1st and bunch of new lego has been released:). 

Tommorrow i will be buying the bmw for the new parts for 59.95€:).

Ok, apple just unweiled their new macbook neo and im seriously considering to buy that. While att first it seemed it might be slow. Well, after watching a lot of reviews it seems to be plenty powerfull, and comparing to mine 2016 i5 computer the A18 pro chip should outperfom my elitebook(Which is really wild for a phone chip). So time to start saving up money for 512gb model so my moc building reviewing operation can get better, and im android, windows and linux user but i have used apple products so getting a macbook should not be a massive hurdle for me:). 

Edit, of course i will buy the pink color it looks amazing compared to my gray elitebook;).

Ok, i might sound like broken record due to my huge enthusiasm toward pantasy and other great alternatives(lumibricks etc...). But i have slight sad feelings because i enjoy pantasy, and i really like to express my true love and enthusiasm for pantasy in here but sadly pantasy and other alternative brick companies are suppressed to the community forum which is ghost town mostly. I really and truely wish that alternative bricks gets their own forum because they have mostly grown out of their bootleg origins. Yes, i know there are still true knockoff's like Mould King. But pantasy lumibricks and others are true competitors. So why eurobricks has not changed because of the flood of great alternative bricks. I really and truely wish there was a forum for alt bricks. But sadly probably why there is not any alt bricks forum is due to lego purists and purist hates alt bricks. But lego is too alt brick from kiddicraft idea. So it's really interesting to look how big of an battle field is this lego vs alt bricks stuff and this makes me slightly sad. Because pantasy lumibricks etc... Have truely they own set ideas and they should not be surpressed to the ghost town forum. I know it's really hard to change lego purists view of alt bricks and on my opinion its fine. I have too grown in a lego purist family and since lego was and still is for some degree a monopolistic company in finland we don't have massive alt bricks markets. But i got into the lego in they hay day 2008-2017 and all of those era sets were really cool and i still love some of their new stuff. But most of them don't anymore appeal to me same way as when i was a kid. But pantasy lumibricks etc... Have truelly sparked my passion to collect alt brick models and display them, and i have a huge passion and enthusiasm for pantasy lumibricks etc... Their designs are soo cool and original. Just like in lego's hay day and it sad for me that my love to pantasy doesn't get att all reconition and i do get hate. But i cannot stop comparing lego technic to pantasy. Im really sorry for this. Because i love interesting mechanisms and electronic functions and lego doesn't anymore have those. But pantasy has and it has sparcked me a lot of curiosity to look carefully of for example the craft brewery technic drivetrains. So what i will say. Please some one of eurobricks higher up's make the Alt Brick Forum possible. Alt Bricks brands have a huge community following in Facebook for example so it would be nice that those peoples could move to eurobricks. Because eurobricks should be uniting brick fans and not to discrace alt bricks talk. For me thisnis really annoying that my passion gets suppressed to the ghost town community forum. 

So tldr. My biggest wish for 2026 is that the eurobricks will get new Alt Bricks Forum page. They do really deserve it and only sticking to lego stuff forums is really primitive currently in this age due to massive rise of great alt bricks sets and companies and this needs to be desparetely to be changed. So massive thanks to eurobricks mods if they will move foward and lissen to feedback and make alt bricks forum reality i would be soo happy that alt brick comminty will get their own forum and i will die on this hill. Because alt bricks fans deserve better than ghost town comminty forum:). 

So massive thanks for the higher up mods @Jim @Milan @aFrInaTi0n for their amazing and hard work connecting and uniting brick fans around the world and hopefully getting alt bricks fans as well on board in their own Alt Bricks Forum. I cannot even comprehend how difficult it's to run forum page like this, and i wont criticised them. But to send a nice constructive critisim and feedback that the alt bricks community deserves better. So thanks to all higher up mods if they lissening my feedback and will get to work uniting the alt brick fans as well on board. Because currently they have been left behind:). 

So any one wondering i don't want to roast anybody i just like to express my feelings and opinions and im really gratefull for your massive support for my moc building career. It has been so wonderfull journey to be with you guys. I have learned a ton of new things in this journey, and with these nice words have a nice spring and i will be waiting patiently if mods lissen to my feedback and they will make new Alt Brick Forum page possible and move my pantasy journey and nifeliz journey from the comminty forum to that new forum where they truely belong. Well, since eurobricks don't have alt bricks forum. I will going forward also bring and post pictures of pantasy's marvelous technic engineering to this topic. Because it truely needs more recognition. So this topic is used for my mocs, other stuff plus showcase for pantasy's marvelous technic engineering and some other alt bricks marvelous technic engineering:). 

And slight honest talk with alt bricks:). 

When i was kid in finland we only had lego on main stores. But in well equit flea markets sometimes you did find cobi sets, and cobi sets back in 2010 era were really poor. Luckily current day cobi is much better than on the 2010 era cobi sets, and in my childhood/youngster era anything else than lego was poor in quality plus design wise too, and in around 2017 there was that massive lepin fiasco which is probably still the main reason for lego purists sill hating on alt bricks. But then camed the sad year of 2020's and peoples had to stay inside. So after the 2020's there was and still is a massive flood of amazing alt brick brands, so after 2020's alt bricks from east got better and better. I didn't buy then or knowed they excisted. Only developements this bringed to finland was mega construx sets and pokemon sets plus some weird brick sets. But those were interesting for curiosity point because lego was still the king. But in 2025 massive change happened because i found pantasy on accident when i was browsing merlins steine for curiosity reasons, and august of 2025 i bought my first Pantasy set and ever since i have been a loyal pantasy fan and alt brick fan;). 

But 2020 was truely the year when everything changed the alt bricks becamed mostly in house created designs, and they were not any more a cheap knock off crap, and my dad is still really massive lego purists he hates every single alt brick which is kind of sad. But currently too the lego vs alt brick is a massive battle field. Because lego purists don't like att all the alt bricks, and it makes me little bit sad. Because pantasy for example is not a curiosity piece it's truelly a great alternative to lego and i love pantasy and im truely enthuastic for their design, and then the is lumibricks, with their own lighting system, and then my third really curious brand is brixies which i have to do review some day.

So im not a lego purists my self i like lego. Because it was my child hood love in their hayday in 2008-2017 but currently lego doesn't truely spark me to buy lego sets in excitement, like they did when i was a little kid. But now pantasy, lumibricks, brixies, plus others have sparked my excitement for new releases and im waiting patiently for their new releases and eurobricks situation is kind of sad. Because some reason eurobricks treats alt bricks as bottom of the barrel crap and im forced to make my reviews for alt bricks in comminty forum which is ghost town. So they aren't getting attention. So why the h*ll eurobricks has not allowed other amazing companies on their platform. Because i don't like at all that alt bricks don't have their own forum. So again i will make wish. Please higher up mods don't treat alt bricks anymore like crap. Please make alt bricks forum. It makes everybody happy because im a huge fan for alt bricks and i want the eurobricks to change for the better. So please treat the alt bricks as true serious competitors and give the alt bricks fan base their own forum. I don't like that currently alt bricks are treated like crap plus eurobricks should unite the brick fans not to discourage alt brick enthusiasm talk and suppres the alt brick fans to the comminty forum. They deserve better, and i will die on this hill until alt brick comminty is treated better so please make the alt brick forum possible thanks. Plus i wish you to have a nice weekend:).

I don’t think everything has to accommodate for everything. At the end of the day this is a LEGO forum and it is a space for that. I am not going to be talking about paper mache on an origami forum for example, even though they both are made of paper. I get you are passionate about other brands but it is tiring seeing them brought up at every unrelated topic. 
There are already other Facebook groups and Reddit pages where you can talk about these alternate brands, or even start your own blog/youtube channel where you can talk about whatever you want.

Yeah, i agree. But it's sad the alt bricks forums are a convoluted mess. It would be nice if there was just a one forum page for those. Just like lego forums has, and all alt bricks have their own, Facebook group etc... So that's why i do like posting my alt bricks reviews and stuff on eurobricks because this is the most simplest and easiest way to do it. Eurobricks has perfected so many things that the current alt bricks fans pages lack:).

Ok, amazing my most liked moc on rebrickable is the first Soapbox Collection model the Mini Dump Truck with 62 likes thanks a lot for the support, and on youtube the functions video has 1.2k views. Still the bigger dump truck the better 42203 with the crappy gen 1 instructions has over 8.6k views im shoked that i reached almost 10k views, oh wow:). 

And a little update i don't have currently any projects. But i have builded a prototypes to try out a few functions:). 

And so far the community reception for the Gen3 instructions are positive. So im happy that my hard work for improving free instructions has payed off, and i hope that for now i don't have create Gen 4 for a long time since Gen3 instructions are soo perfected over the Gen2.1 and over the first standard the crappy Gen1:). 

So i hope i will return soon with a new model so in the meantime stay safe and have fun time building:).

We also have the Community Forum, which has apparently a reach of next-to-zero. Which is - well frustrating to people posting there. To me, it is because it appears as if nobody is willing to look at the rim of the LEGO plate. I may be wrong. But it is there, and it seems bubbles remain to be bubbles. As it is anywhere, e.g., in science, every day's life: This is a LEGO forum, so don't go beyond. I really do respect this take.

What I have learned through my entire research and teaching career though is: >Do< look beyond. Do go to the dark side. Try to learn. Labeling things as "knock offs" or whatever never leads and lead anywhere. When stuff is protected by law, fine. When that vanishes though (due to time ticking off), or "others" simply don't care, then get better, as your IP >was<. Living in the past always bites back.

In other words: These "alternatives" can potentially invoke thinking - but, as per usual, there are these comfort zones.

@Auroralampinen : Just go on and on. Maybe not in the Technic Forum, if the flak is really hitting you. We have the Community Forum, which is a marvel, when used appropriately!

And finally: When someone ever explains to me, why the CaDA thread, i.e., the thread representing a non-LEGO, full-blown competitor Chinese brand is tolerated in the Technic forum with no "problem" at all, in contrast, praised here and there (which is totally fine with me!!!), I won't post any of this anymore.

Well, now the instructions are done. Phew, that was a lot of work. But i got the instructions done in 1 day. That's amazing achievement for the new Gen3 instructions:).

Well, yesterday i launched the Mechatech Mechadozer and it seems like to be a instant success. But i have noticed a few comments highlighting the tracks being too small. Well, when i started to think the concept. My head instantly had an idea and vision to use the black tracks on the Mechadozer. But apparently they were too small. Well, i didn't have any issues with the tracks and they don't bother me plus they weren't downsized, that was my original idea to use black tracks. But if i make another bulldozer in the future i will make it to use the bigger tracks. But to be honest lego's 70-90s bulldozers were about the same size and they used the black tracks. So for me the black tracks aren't a issue. But thanks for pointing out this "flaw" and i will rework it on the new bulldozers. Because i do lissen to feedback and this was my first attempt to make a bulldozer so thanks guys for your honest feedback and improvement ideas:).

Ok, i had to react to the new Lego Smart Play AI+ system please enjoy my short:). 

Thankfully our backlash was soo huge that the original post has been deleted. But im still scared that lego can this suddenly enshittificate our belowed hobby:(. 

And, if you say well, it's aprills fools day. Well, this is not at all funny this is serious thing/issue and not a funny thing. Because soo many things in our lifes are enshittificated like this, and im happy that norwegians maded a funny video about this situation:).

Ok, i have now spend more time with the Mechatech Mechadozer and my long term opinions are these:). 

+My Best Functioning model, everything works soo well, this is not slightly slow like the Mechatech Mechavator and the controls are wayyy better than on the Mechatech Logging Truck. In the Mechatech Logging Truck the controls were a bit too crampt. This model fixed the controls. 

+My Best Looking moc so far:). I have made a lot of unique mocs previously and they look pretty good. But this model has by far the best looks. Mechatech Mechadozer looks like something from 2010 era of golden technic sets and while this does use a few modern panels. They do blend in really nicely:).

+Tracks, oh well, the tracks roll soo smoothly on all surfaces:). When i builded the 60466 i was blown away that the tracks rolled on all surfaces. Because when i was a little kid models with tracks would only roll in the carpets. But in 60466 they rolled on all surfaces and i tooked the bogie design from the 60466 and used rubber wheels and result is the most smoothly rolling manual technic model with tracks. Im soo happy with the tracks. While i have gotten a few negative comments about the tracks being too small on eurobricks well, in my experience they arent too small. But i might be a slightly biased. But i still would take the best rolling tracks over the more "properly" sized bigger tracks:). 

-The only negative what i have with this model. Is the exhaust pipe which controls the blade height adjustment. The exhaust pipe is slightly wobbly because of the design. But to be honest its a nitpick and on some offical technic models there are too a few wobbly bits. So i don't mind it:).

Overall the Mechatech Mechadozer is an S tier moc. It has a few quirks. But still they come together as a cohesive model and they don't cause any problems and they are really minor. Compared to the insane level of playability which this model offers and at the end of the day. The good playability matters because offical technic models are now cars and their unique functions are non excistend there are only the basic stuff, no unique stuff sadly and all the "interesting" stuff are locked behind 400€ paywall and 18+ branding. The 42209 is the only white whale on these offical models which is sad. Because when i was a kid construction machines, trucks plus other weird unique stuff dominated the technic theme. Now its the same car with recycled functions on a new shell but every year slightly more expensive price tag. Oh man this sounds soo depressing. But luckily you depression is washed away when you play with the Mechatech Mechadozer:). 

So final rating/verdict:).

My overall rating of this model 8.5/10 it's overall a great model and fun to play with:).
