Honestly I kinda hope for Electric Mayhem set. Quote

Fraggle Rock would be awesome, but i think they’re not popular enough (although i hope i am wrong). Lego is very on to nostalgic collectors nowadays, so if i had to guess, and this series will sell well, i think they’ll give us instead of a series 2, overpriced muppets sets. Which of course i will buy, because i am a nostalgic pop culture fan :-) Quote

Gobo, Mokey, Wembley, Boober, Red uncle Travelling Matt, Cotterpin Doozer, Architect Doozer Ma, Pa & Junior Gorg Sprocket. oh look - that’s 12 figures. Perfect. Quote
The Stud Posted May 15, 2022 Posted May 15, 2022 I’ve been to like ten stores over the past week and none of them had any Muppets CMFs. I’m only missing Fozzie at this point so I just ordered him off of Bricklink, and threw in a couple CMFs I’m missing from Series 20. Quote

Borex Posted May 22, 2022 Author Posted May 22, 2022 Dunno, but i bought a lot of products from them. I guess they owe me something for that, right? Favor for a favor style. Quote
Lion King Posted May 22, 2022 Posted May 22, 2022 I think Muppet Series is one of the best CMF Series (and one of my favorite series). Quote
1980-Something-Space-Guy Posted May 22, 2022 Posted May 22, 2022 I have finally had a chance to see these in person and I think they're gorgeous. Lego did a perfect job with the series. Quote
WhiteFang Posted May 28, 2022 Posted May 28, 2022 Just bought a full set of the Muppet CMFs. Very well made and lots of nice parts. Do note that Eurobricks do not have a review set for this series or anymore in the future. Quote

End of an era. I loved the tradition of your reviews for the years they lasted. Your S2 review was pivotal in making me decide to start collecting CMFs way back in 2011. Sorry to hear EB won't be getting review sets, and thanks for all of the love and dedication you put into those reviews! Quote
jonwil Posted June 3, 2022 Posted June 3, 2022 Managed to snag a full set of these today, they look great. So many wonderful parts in there as well. Quote
Karalora Posted June 3, 2022 Posted June 3, 2022 I'm impressed that Camilla looks so good considering she's made from the standard chicken mold. That printing goes a long way! Quote

EB is just a fan community. That’s about it. We are not exactly the best in giving nice numbers. So, that’s about it. I am glad my past reviews had helped you in one way or another. Much appreciated. Takanuinuva Posted June 23, 2022 Posted June 23, 2022 (edited) Didn't think this warranted a new topic. But I got Kermit yesterday and had to reference the obscure game Spy Muppets I'm the world's wettest secret agent. Good thing I stopped at Subway before this mission (Anyone care to guess what this is a reference to? It's not in the actual game) Edited June 23, 2022 by Takanuinuva Quote

Takanuinuva Posted June 28, 2022 Posted June 28, 2022 (edited) So had an idea what Lego could do for Series 2 Muppets 1. Walter- With poster of Muppets 2. Constantine- Kermit but with mole. Angry eyes and dynamite 3. Daredevil Gonzo- With Rizzo 4. Scooter- With Robin the frog 5. Dr. Teeth- With Keyboard 6. Floyd Pepper- With Base Guitar 7. Zoot- With Saxaphone 8. Sam the Eagle 9. Clifford- With Pepe 10. The Newsman 11. Denise the pig. (Or Mrs Piggy in a different outfit and hairstyle) 12. Beauregard the Janitor- With mop accessory Also could add in Crazy Harry, Lew Zeland, Bobo the Bear or Uncle Deadly. Sweetums could also work but they'd have to use the long torso and legs from the avatar minifigures. Edited June 28, 2022 by Takanuinuva Quote
sunhuntin Posted July 12, 2022 Posted July 12, 2022 Sorry if I missed this, but do we know what song is depicted on Rowlf's music sheet? Finally these got released in New Zealand. They are all amazing, and I am unable to pick a favourite, though Beaker is right up there, I have always liked him. Quote
Pchan1983 Posted July 12, 2022 Posted July 12, 2022 After over 2 months delay, finally able to buy it in New Zealand. Unfortunately, didn't get 3 sets from the box and somehow got 5 STATLER and just one Rowlf the Dog. Anyone also had similar issues? Quote
sunhuntin Posted July 12, 2022 Posted July 12, 2022 The box we grabbed to go through did not appear to have Beaker. He was the last we needed, and I went back through all the packs without luck. My partner was able to locate one from the next box. Another AFOL that was looking through a different box could not locate Kermit or Janice. I did not do an accurate count of how many of each, other than not finding Beaker. Quote
canuckster Posted July 12, 2022 Posted July 12, 2022 (edited) If they do a second one, I wouldn't want the same character in a new dress, I'd go for: Scooter, Rizzo and Yolanda, Dr Teeth, Sweetums, Beauregard, Bobo the Bear, Floyd Pepper, Lew Zealand, Pepe (If people haven't judged that too much of a stereotype), Sam the Eagle, Zoot This collection would complete the Dr Teeth and the Electric Mayhem I believe, depending if you consider Lips a full member or not. Id love all new characters but i anticipating at least getting new outfits for Kermit and Piggy, i could also see a stuntman gonzo being made My prediction list for a series 2 would be- 1. Kermit in suit (or maybe Constantine if he counts as a kermit variant) + Robin accessory 2. Pigs in space Piggy + Pepe accessory 3. Stuntman Gonzo plus+ rizzo accessory 4. Scooter 5. Sam Eagle 6. Walter 7. Dr. Teeth 8. Floyd Pepper 9. Zoot 10. Uncle Deadly 11. Lew Zealand 12. Beauregard I think they may put small characters with the first 3 as they dont require any new molds, so they can use that budget for them, similarly to simpsons series 2 I reallyyyyyy hope we get a series 2 ive loved this series so much Edited July 12, 2022 by Surge Quote

Sorry to hear EB won't be getting review sets, and thanks for all of the love and dedication you put into those reviews! Completely agree! I understand there are youtube reviews and other websites so I am not completely deprived of a review series but I had so much respect for the tradition and sad to see it go. Got 6 figures for this series and am honestly astounded. This is one of those series where I had a familiarity with the brand beforehand, but not something I was into at all. Initially only wanting Kermit and Miss Piggy as they are so iconic, but caved and got Animal, Gonzo, Janice, and Fozzy Bear as well. Gotta say, I am oddly in love with these figures! I had a stronger attachment to DC as a brand but because so many of those figures felt like they could have been included in sets, if DC weren’t so neglected, made the series less impactful for me. I was huge on Disney as a kid, but disagreements with the head choices of some figures (Genie and Buzz come to mind) along with Disney drain left me not as stunned for those series. I won’t go down the list of all the licenses Lego has carried but this one, I had the least attachment to beforehand overall. But the amount of detail on these figures is incredible. So excited to get Sesame Street and have all these characters interact. feeling like I want the 2 old men in the balcony and Swedish chef so we’ll see if I cave for those. I’m gonna bounce them back and forth from being in my Palace Cinema, to the Friends theater that released this year. If I ever get into photography I could see those 2 being so fun to pose and add to different scenarios. Really shocked at how into these figs I was. Quote
