filsawgood Posted December 15, 2020 Posted December 15, 2020 (edited) Hi everyone! I want to share my work. It so happened that 2020 with all its cataclysms and difficulties was also not easy in building my own model. I took up the construction almost immediately after TС18, and now, after half a year, the project is completed. The Lamborghini LM002 aka "Lamborghini truck, Rambo Lambo" is an off-road truck manufactured by Lamborghini between 1986 and 1993. The LM002 was an unusual departure for Lamborghini which, at the time, was primarily known for high-performance, hand-built, super/sports cars. The LM002 was not the first of its kind to be built by Lamborghini. Two prototype vehicles, the Cheetah and the LM001, paved the way for LM002. Both vehicles used rear-mounted American power plants and were intended for military use, but were not well received. With the idea of using a front mounted Countach V12 to power the LM001 came the next model, the "LM002", which was the first of the three to see actual production by Lamborghini. pecifications: ·1:8.62 scale ·All wheel drive ·Independent suspension ·V12 piston engine ·Opening doors, hood ·Detailed salon ·Planetary wheel hubs Electrics: ·BuWizz brick – battery and receiver ·4L motors - movement ·Servo motor – steering · iOS/Android smartphone/pad with BuWizz app – Remote control ·It is possible to install LED lights from Lego Building instruction for Lamborghini LM002 you can find here on my blogpage, or on rebrickable Edited December 18, 2020 by filsawgood Quote
keymaker Posted December 15, 2020 Posted December 15, 2020 (edited) Nice and clean build. I like it. Do you have more photos of the bottom or from the inside of the car? PS could you tell me from what set gauges come from? I need to buy some to my MOCs. Edited December 15, 2020 by keymaker Quote
Jurss Posted December 15, 2020 Posted December 15, 2020 Nice lambo! I also have this on long to do list ... I even have bought tumbler tires for this. Also have some drawing for gearboxes. Just don't have time. Quote
Milan Posted December 16, 2020 Posted December 16, 2020 Nicely captured shape, great photos (especially with all the black), nice details, and very recognizable. Quote
MinusAndy Posted December 16, 2020 Posted December 16, 2020 Fantastic. I saw this on tlcb earlier and was hoping it was on here too. The interior door panels look great. Quote
johnnym Posted December 16, 2020 Posted December 16, 2020 Beautiful! I like that car since I first "drove" it in Stunts (aka 4D Sports Driving) - if some of you still know that DOS game. Quote
Aleh Posted December 16, 2020 Posted December 16, 2020 Alexandr "Beliy" from 'Brigada' movie would highly appreciate this vehicle! Quote
Gray Gear Posted December 16, 2020 Posted December 16, 2020 Seems like someone found the key to frontpaging technic MOCs again that had been lost for months... Cant say this one doesn't deserve it tho! A bellyshot and maybe a short vid driving would be appreachiated! Quote
proran Posted December 17, 2020 Posted December 17, 2020 Great job! I really like the bodywork. That line from front fender to door to rear fender really pops in the model similar to the real thing. And that is sometimes very hard to do in Technic. Congrats! Quote
JintaiZ Posted December 17, 2020 Posted December 17, 2020 This is simply amazing! I love the color scheme. Quote
1gor Posted December 17, 2020 Posted December 17, 2020 Great replication of this iconic monster. It is instantly recognizable Quote

I don't quite understand what kind of gauges you talking about ... in the model, only the PF electric and BuWizz. Unfortunately there is no bottom photo. But everything is simple there - levers, drive to the wheels. Two subframes, the frame is not a supporting structure, this function, as in a real car, is performed by the body. It did not work everywhere, but it does not strike the eye Edited December 18, 2020 by filsawgood Quote
