The 16x16 plate seems to me very small - so there will be houses on 2 and 3 plate. I don't want the interiors to be the same both in shape and color :) The gray color in LEGO is both a strict color and at the same time it does not hide details as much as black. Thank you very much! It all depends on free time and inspiration. General view of the building - a couple of hours, stairs - about an hour, floors - from an hour to three or four (sometimes some detail is not thought up in any way).
