Frankly, yes. As @zoth33 points out, these are the final images. They were leaked by a retailer and have no watermarks, which means they were already sent out by TLG, ready to be used once the set is revealed. Besides, it’s a rare occasion when finalised-looking sets still get updated. Usually, those would be obviously preliminary pictures with 3D-printed prototypes of new elements, white placeholder minifigs, or other stand-ins ^^

Speaking of the leak: a thought crossed my mind, namely that our chances for a GWP aren’t that great. The fact a retailer already had pictures implies a retail release is imminent, in which case a GWP tied to the set makes little sense. Set-specific GWPs are only given away for sets that remain exclusive for the first three months or so.

Of course, there are two ways around this: A) the GWP, if it exists, is not tied to the set but given away for purchases of sets from other themes too (which is highly unlikely), or B) it wasn’t the fault of Thalia to release the image immaturely, it was TLG who sent out the picture wayyy too early. In that case, it’s possible that retailers will still only actually receive the set in April or so.

Will having powers, which is what the faceprint signifies, rather than him being possessed.

S5 is bloody awesome!! I hope the set gets officially revealed soon.

As much as I dislike the idea of locking main characters behind a timed exclusive GWP, I think I may fall for the FOMO just this once.

The official reveal should be soon right? The set doesn't seem to spoil anything past the episodes that have already been released.

Lex‘s faceprint for Hopper and Jyn‘s for Joyce eurghhhh  Granted, it‘s a GWP and that new rubber chicken print is fun, but come on, these two prints just plain suck!

Full reveal of the Creel House!  Eleven‘s faceprint is a reuse after all, but I can‘t pinpoint which one it is exactly. Also, there‘s another BrickHeadz 4-pack with Eleven, a Demogorgon, Max, and Holly!

Reviews have been popping up and I must admit it’s a great set. The splitting function that reveals the clock works really well and there’s some nice details scattered in the house. The figure lineup is pretty good. I actually think the younger cast plus Holly and Vecna/Henry look really good. It’s the older characters - Steve/Jonathan/Robin (and to a certain extent Nancy) that look a bit off.

Is Eleven's faceprint a reuse? I can't find the face on Bricklink 

I like the fact that the GWP minifigures are not exclusive and can be made from existing available parts. Joyce for instance is reusing Harry Potter's torso from the Ford Anglia set.

I also recognised Jonathan's torso as Ron's from the Main Tower set and what is really interesting is that Solid Brix in his review shows the instruction booklet as showing Jonathan with arm printing, but the actual minifigure and the picture on the outside of the box do not have arm printing. 

The Ron coming in the new Harry Potter Philosopher's Stone display set in January though is a reuse of Main Tower Ron, but with extra arm printing. So at first it seems Lego was going to give us Jonathan with the upgraded torso, but cheaped out at last minute. Very disappointing considering the price of the set and the fact that they literally show they can make a minifigure better, but give you a subpar version.

Other than that, I really like the minifigures, apart from a couple of things. Will's hair looks all wrong to me and should have been dark brown. One of the things I loved about the original Will minifigure is how close to the character it looked. This Will looks a lot more generic. Also not feeling Steve's hairpiece. I feel like old Luke Skywalker's hair done in dark brown just like Michael Corner from Harry Potter would look better.

There is nothing wrong with Vecna, but I always find minifigures without hair looks small compared to there hairy counterparts so Vecna looks comically small to me comparative to the other minifigures.

And no Demogorgon! That would have been such a great inclusion considering its prevalence in Season 5 let alone the whole series. That figure is going to be so expensive now on the aftermarket.

The set meanwhile is both incredibly smart with that splitting function and yet feels extremely lacking at the same time. The house in the show feels large and imposing whereas the set feels small, cramped and little more than a facade. It's a nice facade, don't get me wrong, and the designers were extremely talented to get that mechanism in, but like most sets now I just can't marry that set with it's price point.

Even if they had to change the style, changing the colour does make it look like a different person. They also reduced the prominence of his cheek mole.

Neither could I, but the happy faceprint kinda resembles Cho Chang’s expression I realised, so maybe that’s what threw me off

They did kinda fumble the GWP figures, but maybe it's for the best that there aren't any exclusive prints other than a rubber chicken tile.

The use of dark tan for Hopper's beard makes me realise that I could use Bro Thor's head for him, with a beanie covering the alternate side.

Of all the face prints in currently available sets, this feels like the closest to his look in season 5.

Now that I've seen the new season and looked up the set, I'm a bit disappointed to see it's already sold out online (and at my nearest physical shop). Any news on whether the GWP is coming back?

As far as I‘m aware, they don‘t usually announce beforehand when a GWP set returns. The recent TIE Fighter for instance just randomly showed up again!

That said, I wouldn‘t hold my breath. Most GWP sets sadly don‘t ever return once the stock‘s depleted

I meant more like the promo is meant to be on until tomorrow, and there was no mention of the GWP even when it was possible to backorder the Creel house. I guess it's gone and being memoryholed
