[help] Fastest ripsaw with PF? (motors and gearing)

What is the fastest combination of motors + gears for a ripsaw? 

Using only PF M,L,XL
(Buggy motor is very expensive)

Also being pure lego so no third party options. (s-brick, buwizz, ect....)

How do you get a fast ripsaw?

Most fastest ripsaw using pure PF I'v seen.

And train motor is not so expensive.
