[WIP] Monster Van

Hey everyone.

Sorry I haven't posted in a while, I made something big but it didn't turn out as the best I could do. I didn't want to release a MOC with half effort. Anyway, I started this Monster Truck Van a few weeks ago. I have the chassis basically done and the body is around 60%. It won't have too many functions (just drive and steering), but I want it to look cool and be detailed (roll cage, seats.) Here's what I have so far. NOTHING IS FINAL.

 

The body will be black and will have red accents. I will put the Ferrari rim covers on all 4 wheels.

Chassis reminds me on monster trucks used on show / races whrn they were jumping over cars that are retired / from dumpjard..only bodywork was from pickup. Nice change and perfect model for powerpuller tires

I would say, keep the body color as it is, looks funky!

I like it so far very much, these wheels are my favorite ones, the rim covers add more visual play. Just add the electrics, and follow this direction, without ruining the proportions, than You are fine.

Suppose you mean 42005... They reminds them a bit, but I'd say that @Offroadcreat1ons modified them too much to say that he took them from 42005

I didnt take them, but I took some inspiration from them :)

@agrofI agree with @Jurss It may be too small to add motors.

I see now, it will be a hands-on model! This is great, and also then You have the opportunity (in case), to implement a badass V8 fake engine in the trunk. I know it makes the chassis more challenging, but this is the point.

I figured. They look just enough like the truck's to make me wonder.

I would have to take the rear steering out to give it drive to an engine, though. And you probably could put motors in it.

It will be like that, but with smaller tires in relation to the body.

I have made the HoG steering go through the roof and I'm starting to change the colors. More to come.
