dr_spock Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 (edited) Palace Cinema has a green one. So some variety. But mostly orange. The orange color Horizon Express train also came with a green one. Orange ones are much easier to spot in a messy pile of bricks. That can happen when one is not a neat and tidy MOCer. Edited July 17, 2015 by dr_spock Quote
Naijel Posted July 20, 2015 Posted July 20, 2015 (edited) Yeah, I guess they should probably stick to bright colors so it stands out in a pile of parts. Like orange, yellow, lime, medium azure, bright pink, white. Edited July 20, 2015 by Naijel Quote

Naijel Posted July 21, 2015 Posted July 21, 2015 That sounds very plausible. Not many sets have that much orange. Quote
antp Posted August 5, 2015 Posted August 5, 2015 Good MOCs using separators, I don't think this was yet posted here: https://www.flickr.com/groups/2840637@N21 Quote
Master_Data Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 I posted a MOC using as many separators as I had connections for, and I still have more sitting around! Quote

James Bailey Posted August 16, 2015 Posted August 16, 2015 I really like these as pieces actually - they can be quite the interesting NPU when used well. Quote

Looks good. Have you constructed it in real bricks? The wings might sag with the extra parts. Quote

Have you constructed it in real bricks? The wings might sag with the extra parts. Not yet built, but the wing actually spin on a central axis (Like in Babylon 5) so that sagging shouldn't be a problem... I think. Quote

Phoxtane Posted October 5, 2015 Posted October 5, 2015 It probably came in green to make it easier to spot among all the orange in that set. Then they had so many they included the green one in PC. I'm surprised that they didn't go with green for the WALL-E set, then (very very cute set by the way). It's all yellow-orange and a green separator would have stood out more IMO. Quote

Dannylonglegs Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 Honestly I'm really really happy it comes in so many sets. I need those badboys all the time, and I really don't want to break my nails as often as I do while building! so seriously, thank you Lego! ~Insectoid Aristocrat Quote
HawkLord Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 I have somewhere around 20+ of the orange ones and so far they have reduced the amount of broken fingernails and tooth marks on Lego bricks. Quote
KlodsBrik Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 today I bought my breakfast meal at one local store, and guess what was a small present in my package ??? Haha ... Yeah, they are like a virus. That said i dont mind having many. The way ive sorted my LEGO, it does for me make sense to have a lot. I share them over the boxes with bricks that i use most often. Offcourse i could just always have one within reach. And actually i do. I drilled a hole in one and put it in my keychain, just for look, but now and then it comes in handy ! Quote
x105Black Posted November 6, 2015 Posted November 6, 2015 I wouldn't mind if they came in every set. They are handy, and the thin edge can wear down, so it's good to have replacements. Some of the Brick Separator MOCs in here are really clever! Quote
