detjensrobert Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 (edited) Hi all, I've been snooping around lately and have decided to officially join the discussion! (WARNING! NEW MEMBER ALERT! WARNING!) I built this custom train base and i'm not sure what to do with it... Ive got a fairly meager supply of bricks, but enough to have 6 bins (plus track). The base is 6 wide by 28 long and dark bley. Pics: https://flic.kr/ps/2WPsUG (sorry for the poor lighting) ((yes those are some mocs in the background, more to come later when they are [more] done )) Edited September 25, 2014 by detjensrobert Quote
dr_spock Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Looks like you like passenger trains. Maybe a baggage car for your Santa Fe? Quote
detjensrobert Posted September 25, 2014 Author Posted September 25, 2014 I've already got that one... Plus i dont have enough grey bricks to make a decent one. Quote
cgarison Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 You could make that into a freight car like those pulled by Amtrak. http://www.hebners.net/amtrak/amtMHC/amt71011.jpg Quote

Redimus Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 A flat bed is an easy to do wagon, and you're bound to have something to act as cargo. Quote

AgentRick Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 You could probably make a Gondola with a coal or scrap metal load. Might need to change the undercarriage a bit though. Quote

Thats not a bad idea -- i have a few snot brackets lying around How about a nuclear flask wagon? Haha yea I could fill it with green and trans-green bricks; i seem to have a lot, strangely... Quote
