Technic Ideas book builds; 8888 and more!

As a kid I had the
8888 Idea Book and I always wondered how good some of the designs were. For their time they were very ambitious... but quite unbuildable for me due to the parts needed. But to the rescue comes CP5670 who has built several models from 8888 and other Idea Books. Including......that stunning all-mechanical excavator...
