Norwegian member L@GO brings us news of the new #9349 Fairytale and Historic Minifigure Set just released on S@H.
It appears to be listed in UK, Australia and European countries but not the US (so far) I don't recall any mention of this product previously.
Will it be released worldwide? Will it be top quality figures? Headon over to the 2011 Castle thread to discuss.

Harry Potter Winter Break Contest!
Build a structure from the books that is not Hogwarts
Harry, Hermione and Ron found all sorts of trouble during Winter Break and they usually found it in places outside of Hogwarts. Places like Hogsmeade, Diagon Alley or the Dark Arts haven of Knockturn Alley. Show us one of their adventures by building one of the shops or restaurants from these three locations. You can also build one of their homes or the homes of any character, or any location that appears in the books that isn't Hogwarts.

Expand the Winter Village Contest Reminder!

Just two days left!!
Classic-Town.net and Eurobricks invite you to create your own addition to the popular
Winter Village subtheme that TLG has presented during the holiday season for the past two years.
The Idea
As we enter the holiday season yet again, thoughts turn to fun and winter activities and where better to enjoy those than in your own Winter Village? So far, TLG has provided us with two places to visit, a lovely Winter Toy Shop and an equally inviting Winter Bakery, but wouldn't it be nice to have an even larger Winter Village full of festive fun?
Well, now you can, by expanding the theme with your own Winter inspired creation!
