Niklas's Lego project

I found quite an interesting site while researching old Spyrius sets and I didn't recall anybody mentioning it here. This guy named Niklas Jansson made boatloads of concept art and notes just full of redesigns for classic space, newer space and even a completely new innovative design for the minifig and ways of storage and sorting! Some of his ideas are a little unrealistic but most of them I found very inspirational and ingenious and was wondering what your thoughts on his ideas were. Here's a LINK. I found all of these ideas very nostalgic of the feeling of wonder I used to have looking at old classic space catalogs as a kid and thought that some people here on EB would like to see them, I'd highly recommend reading his notes provided in the link.

Those are indeed very interesting collection of design ideas and concepts. Some of them might even pass as regular sets. Well, except maybe for the fact that the proposed minifigs have movable jointed arms and legs, which clearly isn't acceptable for system-scale sets. But it's still nice to see the creativity and artistic talent shown by Niklas Jansson on this sketches.

Great project, thanks for the link. The idea of modification of the minifigs is interesting.
