I've been wanting to do this project for a while now and I am pleased to finally share the finished product with you all! The majority of the build changes were inspired by the following threads: http://www.eurobrick...howtopic=123246 http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=46040 The original MOD is what I'm most proud of. Anytime I did research on Boba Fett's ship I was always reminded that the ship model is a Firespray-31-class patrol and attack craft. When I hear the word "Firespray" I can't help but imagine that this ship is equipped to rain proton torpedoes, lasers, concussion missiles, etc. on it's opponents. That being said, flick fire missiles were not going to cut it. I planned out the firing mechanism in LDD and only had to make a few changes when I built in in real bricks to make it fire properly. Check out the video and let me know what you think! Full Flickr Album: https://www.flickr.c...th/29076720293/

SECRET WARS™ BUM BUM BUMMMMMMMMM The Multiverse is destroyed all that is left is...BATTLEWORLD™ Starring the best merc ever Deadpool ~Deadpool Hold it tiger, did we just hit the jackpot? I mean did we land two Sercret Wars™ titles? Because if we did Marvel™ is going to be rolling in a %#@& of money. WAIT A MINUTE I CAN'T SAY %#@&? What kind of book is this? A book for kids? You wrote me into a book for kids. THANKS OBAMA. Okay continuing onto the main story. Here I am fighting some %$@ in the farmlands of New Tatooine City, a domain in Doom's battleworld whose baron is none other than Emperor Thanostine, named Boba Fett. What kind of guy has a name of Boba? Is he a clone or something? The Day started off just fine, me eating chimichangas and watching some classic Bea Arthur. My idiot sidekick Stormtropper Bob juggling thermal detonators as I aimed my future gun I gifted myself from cable at him and the gunfire of Jawas stealing everyone's toasters. There's a knock at my door so I go answer it. Next thing I know I'm dead on my welcome mat with my body covering the walls following an explosion from a thermal detonator. I wake up to see that Bob left me a note saying he is never coming back, and that my precious Bea Arthur collection is missing. My phone rings and a raspy voice says "Come to the farmland by the Galactus Pit if you want to see your Bea Arthur videos unbroken." I respond "I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom, I can tell you I don't have money. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let my daughter go now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you." "Good Luck" I head to the desert to find that #%^@ I was talking about "I hear that you think you're the best merc in the galaxy, but I think you're mistaken. Fight me and we'll find out who the better merc is." "I'm gonna go medieval on your @$$" We then began fighting, me with my future gun and lightsaber I picked off of some old guy creeping on a teenager, and him with his wimpy gun that looked like a pistol with a candlestick attached to it. Beknownst to all of us, but unbeknownst to Boba it was his destiny in all universes to be anticlimactically eaten by giant holes with monsters in him, and this universe is no different. He was grabbed and eaten before my mines were able to blow him up and create blinking stars just like I saw in that one cartoon, but this fight proved one thing, I'm the best around, and no one is ever going to tear ME down.

I forgot to add the -Cat. A- to the title...Hope someone can do that soon.. One second Iron Man is fighting Whiplash on a race course. (Iron Man 2) The next second, he is in a hallway on Kamino, watching a fleeing Jango and Boba race to their ship. (SW Episode 2) Iron Man stops them and asks where he is, to which Jango starts attacking this stranger. In two swift hits to the face, Tony’s faceplate had fallen off, and the fight has begun. (Overview) Jango used a grapple to tie Tony’s arms to his side. Tony: Jarvis! You there? Jarvis: Yes sir, 58% Power. Tony: Great! Didn’t need to know that. Options? Jarvis: Activating repulsors. Then, Iron Man suddenly jolted backwards towards the closing door, but Jango still pulled. Jango: Another bucket helmet! See Boba? This guy looks nearly exactly like the other bucket helmet I encountered on Tatooine years ago. And he came out of nowhere too! Boba: Get him, dad! Get him! Jango: Boba, Get to the ship before Kenobi catches us, Go! Boba: Okay, meet you there! (Overview 2) The fight continued, then suddenly, Iron Man vanished right before Jango’s eyes. And Jango paid no mind to it and ran towards his ship saying, “Ah well, easier dealing with this one than the one with the Merc for some reason….” Iron Man was back on the race track and no time had passed at all, and due to his unawareness from the teleportation, Whiplash was able to strike him down. I fit this in-between two movies… Thanks for reading! Hope you enjoyed! And as always, C and C welcome! ~Beltar

So over at minifigpriceguide I saw this picture of a prototype Cloud City Boba Fett. According to the website owner, it belongs to a collector in France. Now, I can imagine that if the regular Cloud City Boba Fett sells for hundreds of dollars, then this prototype would be insanely expensive, and must be even rarer. I was simply curious as to whether or not anyone here knows more info about this figure or has more pics. It is certainly interesting how it differs from the regular Cloud City Fett.

I love the UCS Slave 1, it has been my favourite OT ship since I owned the Kenner 3.75" version back in the early 80s. Unfortunately, my wallet doesn't love the price and with the amount of other Star Wars sets being released, it's not on the horizon. I'm not sure if the UCS is genuine minifigure scale or not (I'm sure someone's done the measurements), but I decided I actually wanted something that might fit more easily into a diorama, so I decided on a MOD of 8097. I was lucky enough to pick up a set without minifigures for less than £50 on eBay, and only needed one Bricks & Pieces and one Bricklink order to get what I needed (mostly bricks from the UCS). Without further ado, I give you the Not-really-Ultimate, Not-really-Collectors Series Slave 1! The main job was re-shaping the dark red bottom 'skirt' which was far too blocky in the original. This made the top/rounded end 2 studs wider, so a bit of fiddling was needed. I lost the flick fire mechanism, but kept the compartment play features as I felt the fit with the aesthetic and purpose of the craft. A bit of greebling on the fin arms made a world of difference. The 4x6 dark red tile with studs on 3 edges (I'm sure it has a name) actually lies a lot flatter and smoother than it looks here. The outline is not perfect, but I'm pretty happy at this scale. The nose guns are pretty much a copied/scaled down version of the UCS. Flight mode, with Boba Fett at the controls. The underside is pretty much as-was. The removal of the flick-fire rack means the interior is actually pretty empty. I've covered the opening with a small 4x6 hatch for now that may become some sort of removable holding cell. One final shot with Boba Fett scouting for his latest prey. No arm printing? Well, that's for UCS only! All comments and suggestions for improvements gratefully received and acted upon!

This was made for my new video that was made in 22 hours. In the photo I included the original plate in the top left corner. Alot of the fx I added in was a rust texture for the speeder along with dust and some color correction. Alot of the parts in the speeder came from the Hulkbuster suit I made for an Avengers video awhile back. If you would like to check out the speeder in action here's the video below. Thanks for looking and may the force be with you!

Felucia Ord Mantell During the hunt for Boba Fett, Jacob Nion reaches the blue planet of Mon Calamari. The planetary security has reported the infiltration of one of the countless medical institutes across the planet. The Bothan decides to investigate this case. "You reported an infiltration of this area. What happened?" "Yes sir. We checked the security holograms. It was definitely Boba Fett. He didn't even try to cover up his track." "But what was he looking for? Has he stolen something or killed a patient?" "Sir, he just used the medical detection systems. I can search for his medi protocol at the FX unit." "Proceed." "It seems that he was infected with felucian Blood Fever. The FX Droid reports that the Fever was successfully defeated with the available serum of this facility." "Well that's an interesting detail of Fett's journey but it doesn't help me. I have to go to Bothawui." Finally I could upload my first entry. Thanks for your attention! Down with the empire!

This is my entry for the Future of Star Wars Contest in the small category. After spending a year recovering from his stay in the Sarlacc, Boba Fett is back and better than ever. Having heard that Han Solo has traveled to Mandalore to broker a deal for some Beskar to aid the Rebellion's war effort, Fett returns to his cultural homeland to resume the chase; only this time it's personal. At this point, Boba Fett has found the contact that Han is supposed to be meeting... "Fett? I thought you were dead!" "Rumours of my death were greatly exaggerated. Now where's Solo?" Meanwhile... "Hey Chewie, I wonder where our contact is?" "Hurghnnn..." "Yeah, I've got a bad feeling about this too." About the build: This is meant as a back alleyway behind the Oyu'baat pub in Keldabe, with the Kelita river going by. It's based on Karen Traviss's depiction of Mandalore rather than that of the Clone Wars TV series, I believe a grittier less metropolitan Mandalore better suits the people. I figure that if the TV series can throw EU continuity under the bus, the new movies can take precedence over the Clone Wars and restore the EU version of Mandalore. ;) Also, with the prize being offered in the vignette category, a Mandalorian MOC should have some advantage... Thanks to the Erdbeereis and the sponsors for holding such a great contest. Thanks for stopping by!
