I would like to keep this thread as the only Bionicle thread on this site and here are some box shots of some ?enemies? http://set.brickinside.com/NeoView.php?Db=...230&BackDepth=1 http://set.brickinside.com/NeoView.php?Db=...229&BackDepth=1 http://set.brickinside.com/NeoView.php?Db=...228&BackDepth=1 http://set.brickinside.com/NeoView.php?Db=...227&BackDepth=1 http://set.brickinside.com/NeoView.php?Db=...226&BackDepth=1 http://set.brickinside.com/NeoView.php?Db=...225&BackDepth=1

Yep! I thought there would be scans of a 2005 catalog wit maybe a few new products or at least some catalog pictures.
-
this is like the fifth time he did it! |-/

That's not new. It's just a collection/kit of sets. |:|

I noticed this before but I was too lazy to post it...what's up with the white covering on the pneumatic cylinders? EDIT: How could "brickmaster" have joined on January 15 if it's the 14th? EDIT 2: Notice the beams with studs on the side of the crane. :-D EDIT 3: The fork lift also uses some beams with studs, which is wonderful. LEGO may go back to its roots, not that these sets are not cool. The bike looks realistic at the front and front side but it looks weird towards the back. EDIT 4: Could the post with the pictures be edited to links. It is really annoying because of the large pictures. Thank you. :)
-
These are not Bionicle minifig sets but new pics of more Bionicle sets: I have no idea what the hell it is.
-
Now those are real sets! Damn, they look so good. Lego really went back to their roots. All these beautiful sets and more are coming on the way. The fork lift is really cool. The bike is ok and the crane looks awsome. I wonder what's the box thingy at the back of the crane.
-
That's what I thought too. I was so excited that there may be new sets and I open it...nothing. That's the thing that pissed me off the most!!!!!!!!

*Cough*MOCs*Cough* (If I'm proven wrong, oh well) But I'm pretty sure those are MOCs unless there is some descriptions or info with those pics. The building is too detailed and realistic....not something LEGO would release. Also the ship is a MOC. On the leaked picture, the base looks like it may be one piece while on this one, it looks very much like it was done by an AFOL. EDIT: I can't find those pictures in the 2005 area either, therefore proving my point that those ARE MOCs. :)

This guy is starrting to get on my nerves. I don't think he read the first 10 times he was told that if there is any new info, it would be on the front page. >:( So, the answer is ....... NO!!!!
-
lol, I actually received as a gift probably 2 or 3 years ago, a green Toa, I think one of the first. It has a hatchet-like weapon that goes up and down. It is totally megablock. And yet, somewhere I know I read LEGO saying these are like Technic sets for beginners. What lies!!!
-
On www.lego.com/city they have two commercials...one for the Fire sets and the other for the Police sets. Other than that, I've seen a couple on TV, mainly KK and Alpha Team (new and older)
-
Here's a no brainer...ditch the Bionicles. :/
-
God damn it! The more I look at that proto image of the truck, the more I think how stupid are the designers? I mean the final one is great but the proto is greater!!! It looks so more detailed, realistic and maybe less <insert that tiresome argument> than the final one.
-
Damn, that truck looks so cool. It's so realistic and since I love European trucks I might be getting it. That truck, for sure, it's an Iveco.

LEGO used to release Hospitals, Houses, Restaurants and other sets (Pizza to go, Main Street, Airport) and they have been brought back because they were popular. What makes you think kids won't like them? It is the same with the Train Engine Shed and the Rail Crossing. They're basic sets and while they may not be as "exciting" as a Fire Station, they are nicely detailed and I think popular. If LEGO released them in stores, it would probably be even more popular. Oh, and what about the Blacksmith Shop. I think that was a smash hit, too bad it's not available anymore.
-
The set is nice but it looks nothing like an Enzo. If it would have been a new nice large Technic supercar, it would have been cool but as an Enzo model, it looks too different. First of all, it's so flat and the front nose is not long enough that makes the car look like an F1 front.

I thought LEGO wanted to show all the City sets coming out this year. *wacko*

Again in the trade: January and April 2005 LEGO town center Large city Action in the children's room Muenchen/Wien/Baar, January 2005. In LEGO town center is around the clock which the matter! EDIT: I just noticed, that big truck is not listed? Is it like a 2006 set or maybe those sets listed are not all of them?? :oo Also, could someone post the prototype picture of the crane? Like I've said, I was stupid enough to delete my whole Lego pictures folder.
-
Yes it is. Thank you. I wanted to compare but I was stupid to delete that picture before. I would have preferred the prototype more. :/
-
Thanks but I asked for the prototype picture shown a while back, the only picture shown on that thread is of the final product.
-
Everything looks awsome. There are no words to describe these amazing sets. So detailed, so big. This is what LEGO should be. I hope LEGO has some amazing profits this year because they deserve it. Anybody know what the Adventurers theme will be? Near the Vikings picture, there is this kind of bird but I have no idea what it is.
-
Would someone be kind enough to show me the prototype image of the construction set with the stationary crane and small dump truck?
