The Forest Mafia: Day Ten
CorneliusMurdock replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
So much happened. I'm glad we were right to convict Bruno. And that at least Horace was proven right before he died. So sad to see him and Gabby go when we must be near the end of our ordeal. -
Happy Birthday!

If that's supposed to mean that the boys in Washington are wrong about Mrs. Jenkins, I wish god would stop messin' with us like that. It looks like this note is the only thing of consequence we've been able to find here. Should we move on? -

Dippet is unfazed and disarms Kestrel once again. The Ravenclaw finds his wand and tries to silencing spell but Ollivader connects with a low sectum sempra that evens the score. Dippet, hoping to make a final shot to win, fires off another spell but misses as Kestrel hits him with a shot of his own to win. After the match the two shake hands and Ollivander buys him a cup of tea in Hogsmeade to celebrate his first win. Congrats, Captain! An impressive victory against an experienced opponent. Does anyone remember seein' a tiny fishin' pole anywhere? Maybe it was used to pass messages... I'd like to try to recall if any other homes we've searched have had gnomes on the lawn. -

All of you make me really sad. I wake up from a nap and get blindsided by those I trust. I'm convicted so let me say a few parting words. I am village. I can't stress that enough. I sincerely hope the remaining villagers can find the rest of the scum in time to save this village. There are forces in this town who are working for the good of this village. They may not always be right, but they are trying. I hope that's enough, I really really do. I think I've done as well as I could with what little I've had to work with. It's hard being all alone with no one to trust and having to really completely on conversations and voting patterns to find the evil among us. What makes this tragic for me is that finally I found people to trust. People that I trust my very soul to. But they do not trust me. I wish them all the best of luck. For what little remains of this day, I'll be in my shop. I'm having a going out of business sale. Oops, I meant "rely completely". -

Wizard Duel Round 2 Kestrel Kingfisher | 4------Vs.-----Ollivander Dippet | 4 High ~ 0 ---------------------- Expecto Patronum ~ 0 Low ~ 1 -----------------------Mid ~ 0 Protego ~ 0 ----------------------- Silencio ~ 1 Mid ~ 1 ------------------- Sectum Sempra High ~ 0 Low ~ 0 ----------------------- Expelliarmus ~ 0 Health: 3 --------------------- Health: 2 The young Ravenclaw deftly cuts his eyebrows back down to a proper length and then tries to send a spell at Dippet's head. The Gryffindor's Patronus appears from the end of his wand and quickly bites the oncoming spell, dissipating it. Kestrel follows up with a low spell that connects and sends Ollivander skidding to the floor. Thinking that Dippet will send a strong spell back in retaliation, Kingfisher starts to put up a shield charm but is instead silenced by the Gryffindor. Unfazed, the Ravenclaw connects again with a spell to Dippet's torso. Dippet doubles over for a minute and spits out a slug. As the unfurtante slug slowly slimes away, Ollivander disarms Kingfisher and prepares for the next round. Send for round 3 when ready. -

What can this mean for us now? We can at least be grateful that none of us were killed last night but that is small consolation with the loss of the kindly baker and his wife. -
Red Scare Mystery - Chapter Twelve

Let's not get carried away, guys. We're here to find commies not destroy stuff. I would like to examine the spool of yarn. Then I will go back outside and pick up the lawn gnome and search for any secret compartments while trying to determine what it could have been holding. -

Aw, man... It's really awesome and I love it. Only thing is now I have to decide whether to go through with my very similar idea for my own entry. -

I'd like to look at the notepads in the cabinet and see if there have been any messages written on them lately. I'd like to look through the books in the nightstand. If there are any that stand out, I would like to search them for secret compartments or notes. -

I will search under the lawn gnome for any secret messages or hidden equipment. Then I will get a shovel and dig around the flowerbed looking for anything besides seeds Valerie might have been trying to hide in the dirt. -
