Just got notification that the days and venue have changed for NYC. AC

I'm going to the Flatiron store as I received the invite from another source. AC

More stores have been added as several from NJ area as I've been told by the store managers will also be doing it. So call your local Lego store and find out if they will be in on it. AC

There's actually just one light source used for this and had to move it around to get the shadows right. AC

There's more than 25 entries for voting, the rules mention it will be cut to 25. If there are more than 25 entries, EB staff will make a first selection to bring the number down to 25, and then EB members will vote for their favorite entry among that selection. EB staff will using the judging scale listed above. EB members should vote based on the judging scale, but will not be required to show what points they judged by. AC

Thanks all for your comments and to think that it's still unfinished/almost lost it. All the more now that I've decided to rebuild it so that I can bring it to the shows. AC

That would be too predictable and the whole purpose of these is the safari/jungle theme for the Family Field Day event at my workplace where I'll have my MOCs (Theed Hangar, DOF, safari/jungle, birdcage, etc) on display this Saturday June 13. AC

After getting a good deal to get her almost two years ago, was able to build this iconic scene from the movie within the week and took preliminary pics. However wasn't satisfied with the initial build and somehow lost track/forgot all about it. Going through the drives recently, clearing out some space from another PC suddenly found her pics. The whole external structure was also built for this but sadly didn't take any pics of it. There's not much left, but better than nothing and will hopefully rebuild the vignette in the future to get better pics and/or possibly a much bigger diorama truly fit for a queen. Just remembered that I wanted to make a chandelier to hang in the middle of the room to complete the scene.
