Welcome snowpixie , sounds like another LEGO loving female if I'm not mistaken? If so, you can consider asking for a pink star in here, and then keep an eye out for the Ladies Lounge

Thanks . The rainbow is one of my personal favourites Thank you . And feel free to use my ideas for your own display, I don't mind -
But if Portia was a hider, and hid behind Ralphy the night before this one, shouldn't that have cleared Ralphy? I thought a hider would die if they tried to hide behind a scummy Cultist, thus making this role a sort of investigative role. At least that's what I heard in a story about crazy Japanese animals. *Looks around for Casey. I wonder if she's hungry? She looked so hungry last I saw her. Better go find some fish to "arm" myself with...*

Oh, come on, don't you have all the Winter Village sets? If I'm not mistaken, it's from last year's new set in that series, the Winter Village Post Office. -
Ok, I've been giving this some thought, and I can't help but wonder if this tree stump has something to do with this bloodbath... Yesterday, Ralphy claimed he had been told he woke up next to a tree stump, and he thought it had to be Ernie. Now that we know he was a Villager, there is no reason to doubt this information. And then Ernie ends up putting himself on fire during the night, after Ralphy got lynched. Then, we see Portia turning into a tree stump while in the house of the person she suspects the most, according to the scripts from the night (could Portia have been our investigator, maybe? I hope not ). And then when the person lying next to her, Gilbert, gets killed, Portia gets killed as well. Could there be something about this treestump? Maybe the treestump-action, or whatever it is, can be passed from person to person? And the person currently being the treestump dies if the person they're in bed with at night (or something of the sort...) is killed? *Looks around for cats... Oh, that's right, there's only my wife who's a cat around here. Maybe I should bring her a fish, just in case...*
-
What the... what... whaaaat?! Such a bloodbath . How many killers are really out there? Interesting that the only one the evil fox spirit seemed interested in is the one that seemed to commit suicide... And what's up with that treestump? Ralphy was talking something about a treestump yesterday... What could this mean? I need to reflect upon this before I can provide any more thoughts... *Nibbles on some cheese*.

Oh my, I don't think that anagram will fit into my tiny mouse brain Have you heard the story of Milky Mouse who tried to solve a large anagram, but his brain exploded? Such a sad tale... Wouldn't want that to happen to me *squeak*

I see. Well, I do kind of agree on you of that. The whole situation on Day 1 was really blown out of proportion. I meant that the voting late twice in a row was just part of it. But of course it's only speculation on my part. What's a mouse to do if not speculate. That was clearly the consensus of everyone.... Funny that you'd change your mind about the usefulness of the list from one day to another, but whatever... Yes, good point. My point about this was based on things you said before we had the knowledge of the second night. I guess in retrospect, it would seem odder than at the time. I never said you were the only one... And summarize all you want, but please add something to the discussion as well. I am? I guess I was convinced I was on to something with you, but maybe I am just a wildly speculating crazy mouse... I'd also like to add, to everyone who thinks I'm acting weird and aggressive and trying to sidetrack the case against Ralphy: If I've acted aggressive, I apologize, that was not my intention. I was not trying to sidetrack anything, but it seemed to me it would be a good idea to look at other options than just running down a set path all day. I may be a timid mouse, but I'm trying to be less of a timid mouse. I can go back to being a timid mouse if you all prefer that . Or I can tell you the story of Timmy Timid, who never spoke a word, and ... blablabla .... And now I see Ralphy is claiming to be a tree stump? What is that about? *squeak*

You call that an outburst, really? I can't find someone suspicious, and stick with it? I feel like he didn't ease my concerns, but instead of pressing the matter further, I'm saying I will keep my eyes on him. I'm sorry you feel that way, I am trying my best to read behind the facades here. What? I am a dock worker, you know, and I have colleagues there, and I made my initial case during work hours... Guess I shouldn't be doing that. You want to lynch me for trying to look into the matter properly? Then at least maybe my words will hold more weight when I turn up town in the morning. *squeak* Legends say that the mouse that speaks, must be listened to.

I didn't say it was your first contribution. It was the first post of yours worth mentioning. Anything from early in the day was nonsensical from everyone. And the post you made, the way I read it is really just a very short summary of what's going on, and a statement about it not being enough for an accusation, which I interpret as you not wanting to really take part in the debate, as you don't even say who you're referring too (there were several accusations...) I'm not accusing you for voting late. But it all adds up to the case of you seemingly cruising safely under the radar, and not taking part in the discussion, but agreeing with the majority vote. Sorry, you are right, I actually missed that. But you didn't really follow up on it, and neither did you provide any more thoughts about it when I brought it up later in the day (and was even accused for doing so ) But even so, I find it odd that you, and several others too it seems, can assume there hasn't been a scum kill for two nights, and that the axe killer is not scum. How can you, or anyone else, believe that with such strong conviction? I find that very odd... Summaries are not really helping anything... We are all paying attention here (I hope ), so summaries are useless, and an easy way for scum to appear helpful. You should be able to assess if you agree or not without summarizing for everyone... Oh yeah, you did. I was actually going to comment on that (I should really not let my coworkers at the Docks distract me while I'm trying to prepare a case ...). Your argument against Ralphy there is based solely on a comment he had made about it being weird both of Portia's accusees on day 1 were killed. And you are kind of assuming he's accusing someone because of that. Your argument against him is a bit blown out of propertion the way I see it... But yeah, you did call him weird before Casey, my apologies for the inconsistency... Even though I may have laid out my case with a few shortcomings, I still think you are doing a very good job at flying under the radar by providing little input, seeming helpful, and agreeing with the majority... I have my eyes on you. *squeak* I should tell you all about the story of Henry Horse, the horse who was not noticed by anyone, because he was so normal, and .... blablabla ... where did everyone go?

Haha, funny entry . And nicely done too . Such a great business idea

*squeak* Funny then, that the voting opened some time ago, but the votes aren't exactly piling on Ralphy, are they? So there is still some hesitation, no? The way I see it, Horace's behaviour is the exact type of behaviour one would except from a Cultist: Not engaging in discussion about lynch candidates (so neither defending nor accusing), summarizing to appear helpful, voting when the target seems to be set in stone anyway, agreeing with the herd. He nods along, appears helpful, but adds nothing of value. Exactly a type of behaviour that doesn't draw any attention, because as you say, there is nothing wrong with his behaviour. That's exactly why I find him scummy! Plus his weird slip up of the no-cultist kill, which was what attracted my attention in the first place, and made me look deeper into how he's been acting. This reminds me of a story I heard at the docks, about a bunch of hesitating animals on an island, far far away... blablabbla ... and then the lion said ... blablabla ... is anyone listening?

*squeak* From what I can gather so far of what's been said today, it seems we are a bit at a loss because of the lack of information about Carly's allegiance. Some people seem to be pursuing the accusations that started against Ralphy yesterday, but so far, even though he's kind of digging a hole for himself by acting like he doesn't care and not trying to help us one bit, I'm not entirely convinced on the subject of him. I would like to present another case though. Not sure if it's a better case than the one against Ralphy, but I feel like we need to look at a wider angle here, not just get locked into a track, which could be fateful if that track is wrong... So, I've been looking over the voting patterns for the previous two days, and having a look at some of what has been said, and one person has stood out to me, and that person is Horace Horse. First, on day one, he makes a nonsensical statement about what's going on. Not providing any opinions whatsoever. Then, he adds absolutely nothing until he comes in late, summarizes, and votes for Petey as the last person. He also mentions that if Petey shows up town in the morning, we should look at his list, but come day 2, he does not show the slightest interest in Petey's list (not even after I brought it up). Fast forward to day 2. First, he makes some observations about the nightly events, such that he hopes the axe killer is the Cultist killer. Nothing to really gain from what he says. But then, he makes a very odd statement (and this one I'm going to quote): What? Are you saying the Cultists didn't kill? But in your previous post, you clearly state that you hope the axe killer is the Cultist killer? You're not only contradicting yourself here, you're stating this as a fact! Then he goes quiet for a long time while the lynch is beeing discussed, and the bandwagon against Carly is forming, and then, like on day 1, he comes in late, summarizes, and votes for Carly. And after Casey made a case against Ralphy, he is quick to agree with her, but again without providing any further insight. Maybe to just give a gentle nudge towards getting people to switch their vote to Ralphy (saving Carly), or, if Carly was town, to nudge us all into a track of agreeing on the next day's lynch already (since if Horace is a cultist, he would know if they are already planning to janitor Carly, leaving us guessing today). Horace, what do you have to say for yourself? *squeak* Have I told you all the story of the legendary Martin Mouse, who could deduce the right answer to any problem or riddle? I hope to be like him some day...

Oh, you are right! I missed that... I'm just a little mouse after all *squeak*.

Oh, poor Baxter That sounds like a very plausible theory to me. I seriously doubt that. I think, as some of you have already said, that there was a scum kill on the first night. As for this night, it's harder to tell, the MO does seem consistent with Wallace's killer, but there is one minor difference: we never saw the trap setter on night 1, this time we did. But if there wasn't a scum kill tonight, it would be very interesting to learn who was blocked, so I hope that if we have a blocker in our midst, that they can find someone to trust with such information. It could prove a valuable clue. Of course, we can't assume for a fact that the killer was blocked, but it's worth looking into. I just hope the lack of a kill doesn't mean there was a conversion... *squeak* (Sorry can't stop it )
