Bridge Walker vs White Lightning now on Amazon!
dillthepill replied to dillthepill's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
I JUST GOT IT! I JUST GOT IT! I JUST GOT IT! I'll post my review later, but now I need to build!!!! -
Ok, since no one has already made this topic, I'll do it myself. Please don't post anything but entries for the contest. Build on! P.S. Could someone pin this for me?

I know. It was pathetic how Ha-Ya-To defeated the Bridge Walker. Let's hope the same doesn't happen to the Striking Venom.
-
Well, I've finished my minifig. She's a human/ robot with a few Exo-Force and Bionicle parts. Now to move on with the machine.

I didn't know the SentryII can fly. And those are rockets(missiles, whatever you prefer) on the Gate Defender. I read it in one of the comics. Exo-Champ, you should make the Striking Venom, MDT, Mecha One's mech, and Bridge Walker and White Lightning along with the Supernova and Silent Strike. I can't wait to play, the game seems pretty cool. As for the comparison, here is what I think. Supernova Weapon: The laser staff is more or less just another shooter, but does have points at the end and a sword too. 9/10 Guns: Three(including laser staff.) The main ones have a cool yet simple design. 9/10 Extras: Has more rockets than Grand Titan, yet not as powerful. 8/10 Overall look: 9/10 The extra wings are a bit too much. Playability: 8/10 Rather heavy for a mech because of staff, but at least it's a flying mech. Grand Titan Weapon: The electronic claw is amazing, with a great design. 9/10 Guns: The guns are rather short, but rotate to shoot faster. 8/10 Extras: Has two powerful rockets and two regular rockets. 9/10 Overall look:Cool, but rather short for a big mech and short arms.7/10 Playability: Very good to play with, but everyone knows flying mechs are better.9/10 Supernova wins barely with a one point lead. Stealth Hunter Weapon : I'm liking the blades, but they are rather thin. 9/10 Guns: This gun isn't all impressive because they had to make a new piece and it has too simple a design. 8/10 Extras: Has two little guns under cockpit and and little rocket and dish on top. 9/10 Overall look: Ok, but white doesn't really interest me and the wings look like bunny ears in the position they have in comics. 9/10 Playability:This is the best thing about the Stealth Hunter, because of how light it is. 10/10 Silent Strike: More of an updated Stealth Hunter catching up in the areas it missed. Weapon: The same design as the Stealth Hunter's, but the blade looks great blue and the armor and missiles make it cool. 10/10 Guns: Very original and cool design. A huge step for Hikaru's machines. 10/10 Extras: Has about twelve small missiles. 9/10 Overall look: No criticisms from me. An amazing use of armor, stickers, and color scheme. 10/10 Playability: Rather heavy with a pretty flimsy cockpit. 7/10 Silent Strike wins by one point. As you can see, I like Hikaru's mech's better than Takeshi's.

dillthepill replied to dillthepill's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Well, it's been a week since I've ordered the set and it still hasn't come in the mail. This makes me pissed, but gives me more excited to get it after waiting so long. I'm hoping for it to come tommorrow or for the wekend. Then I'll give it a review(no pics, sorry X-D), until then, just wait. I'll post as soon as I get it, and try to build it as fast as I can. Keep your fingers crossed. ;-) -
Can anyone tell me why Takeshi only use Supernova once?)
dillthepill replied to jeffrey's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
I actually probably will make a seperate topic , Starwars 4J. That way more people will know it's a BW vs WL review. Still haven't gotten mine, and I'm pissed. What happened to two-three days shipping?I ordered ut last Thursday and I'm hoping for it tommorrow. I'll give it a review then. -

Favorite Exo-force wheeled vehicle, jet, or ground structure?
dillthepill replied to Zarkan's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
I voted for the Mobile Defense Tank, Sonic Phantom, and Sentai Fortress. Nice, sturdy sets with great machines. I won't forget the Silent Strike soon. -

No, because I won't have pictures at all since I can't get them on the review. Sorry! X-D I will just do a paragraph or two on each machine and then give a review for each machine and another review of the overall value of the set. Plus, BW VS WL reviews are a dime a dozen on this forum. -

Speaking of BW VS WL, I still haven't gotten mine. When I do, I'll give it a little review on the topic BW VS WL now on Amazon -

Yes, but since when does Sentai Mountain have storms? :-| I know the real explanation. If you look on the box, you will happen to notice that it says SPECIAL EDITION. This explains why Ha-Ya-To didn't get to use White Lightning in the all out attack, either, or why the robots didn't make another Bridge Walker for the final attack. Stupid, yes, but maybe they prefer to use the machines that can be drawn with more ease. All I care about is using the Supernova all the time, so it's not too big a deal( but I am shocked by who said the comics were dumb. 8- -
Bridge Walker vs White Lightning now on Amazon!
dillthepill replied to dillthepill's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
I usually do that too, but after seeing so many reviews for it,it was easy to make up my mind ;-) The answer to your question is no, unfortunately. As soon as I get and build the set, I'll do a little review on this topic( no pictures, I've had bad experiences with trying to post them) so you can maybe be able to decide if you want it. -
People in UK have had BW VS WL in stores for a while, but now other countries can finally get it. :-) I went to Amazon.com to see if they had the 2007 Exo-Force sets yet and I saw Bridge Walker vs White Lightning( yes, it is still in stock!) *sweet* . I can't wait for it to be on my doorstep. Get it before it runs out!
-
Sweet! *y* *y* I can't wait! This contest will be better because you can make any colored mech you want this time. I just hope I'll be able to make something good this time( and be able to post the pics). ;-) This time I'll make three and decide which one is the best and enter that one. It's off to the billboard for me. Good luck to other contestants. Let the building begin!

This is easy for me because I have only liked Legos for a year. My favorite set is the Striking Venom. *y* Great design, weaponry, durability, and color scheme. I would say Bridge Walker vs White Lightning but I don't have it yet so I can't be so sure. ;-)

UFO all the way! *y* *y*

dillthepill replied to Brick Miner's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
I like the three you've made so far, but the four you are currently working on seem awesome! *y* *y* When I read the list of sets you were planning on making it made me feel like when I saw the 2007 Exo-force list. Excited! 8- -
Yeah, you were in the lead when it was done. :-)

Rats! >:-( So it won't be available in America for awhile? Oh, well. The longer I wait the happier I'll be when I get the set. -
Those are cool. *y* *y* I like how you did a variety of colors and I like the white ones too. Keep creating. ;-)

7713 White Lightning vs. Bridge Walker review
dillthepill replied to UltraPrime's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Cool review and even better pics. *y* *y* I think the White Lightning looks more like a regular sized mech than medium, but it is awesome anyways. But the Bridge Walker is awesome! 8- -
Great creation. The color scheme is cool; red and black with a little brown. Nice work. *y*

I just went to Brickshelf and looked at Sugegasa gallery. It's amazing! *y* *y* There are at least a hundred mechs! Don't believe me ? Look yourself.
