  1. A true beauty of a ship with some hilarious pics, I love it! keep up the good work
  2. This ship is amazing, I love all the small details you put in, the captains cabin is beautiful, and I truly love the skeleton figure head! I think I'm going to try my hand at a small ship next perhaps, but maybe my schooner comes first^^"
  3. I thought these were smaller then that...not sure.....<--- absolutely useless at pic editing. Took me 5 tries just to get these to stay, lol and I'm so glad you like it, she actually doesn't have a stern as in the castle type, since most schooners were pretty much flat topside to allow for the gaffer rigging to be effective, don't exactly wanna turn your pole and sweep your own captains cabin into the brink, eh? but yeah, I'll try to get a pic of the stern up tomorrow perhaps, as well as a new feature for her, a removable top deck! now I can actually play with minifigs on the gun deck
  4. Yes, but so often our american women fight so much better then the men....and even though I'm a guy I say this because quite a few woman pirates coulda kicked my big behind and also it jsut looks kinda cool, the dress is an excellent contrast to the brown^^ thanks a ton for the compliments and comments!
  5. Thanks much to you both, glad you liked it, and weirdly enough the last ones aren't working for me now either...what a danged nuisance...well back to work on them>.<
  6. This ship is really cool, I like its design and the color scheme is excellent and yeah, I see what they mean about the dizzy shields :pir-skull:
  7. A beautiful job, I love seeing what you can do with buildings, and for the coastlines this is one of my favorites. Most excellent
  8. Yes, I used 2 hulls in the construction in addition to the stern and bow, and sorry, trying really hard to resize^^" k lets see if this works... ok, some new larger images. alright, round three! forgot to hit save to web....oi. should work this time, sorry if it doesn't^^" those are small enough I hope...specifically resized em........
  9. Yeah, I tried adding bigger pics, but every time I submitted them, it would make the picture stop working...huh. Also glad you liked it, she is going to be one of my fastest ships, and a bigger schooner is in the works, just waiting on pieces!
  10. A nice ship so far, can't wait to see it in real life and yes, join the Americans! my privateer is up and running, soon my line ships will follow! or ship-of-the-lines if you prefer:P
  11. I used some old white cotton T-shirts died with coffee, and pasted to the 8's with glue for the sails, glad you liked it
  12. This ship looks to be another beauty of the seas under your belt, captain, can't wait to see her complete, keep up the good work! It was a shame about the fire news, but at least yours shall live on! and the lion is impressive, but I agree it kinda looks small^^"
  13. Alright, thats actually what I ended up doing before reading this, because I was tired of trying to press it and it popping apart But thanks for the tips!
  14. Another thing I note a problem with from mine...the captains cabin where it attaches on the BBB is annoying loose, falls off instantly with how they supply attaching it, thinking of taking mien apart and just making a new ship, lol
  15. Wow, this is incredible! Brick arms has certainly done it again, and I can't wait to buy a number of these beauties for my lego Marines!
  16. An excellent design, the sails are actually pretty cool, rigging or no:P My new moc was a little two masted Caravel, so this just blew mine out of the water utterly, and me as well, lol, excellently done, I love it and can't wait for more
  17. Excellent work on the MOC! I love the details you put on, from the cannon ball holes in the sails to the twine rigging, excellent work!
  18. Very nice MOC, cant wait to see it in bricks if it gets there, its gonna be a beauty mate^^
  19. Thanks curtis, glad you like it^^ I actually modded it a bit more, tossed on some rigging, got the second rat bridge, and added two more crew:P(rigging is kinda sparse though) My next work is I'm going to start building up the American fleet to be a contender here
  20. thanks for the compliment, and maybe, but I think I'll just leave em down here, not sure yet though^^"
  21. It is starting to look amazing, I love it so far, but I agree the stern could maybe be a bit longer, however if you don't agree it also looks awesome as is
  22. Wow, very impressive, I love how much you took care to express every detail, including the pirate in the hammock! I love the cave and the miners, and the harbor is amazing too! Keep up the good work
  23. This is a stunning MOC, one of my favorite pirate ships of all time so far, and I totally agree with the thought that this should be alego set, and wow, I looked at the step by step pictures for the side and still don't quite get how you did that planking, excellent technique!
  24. Very nice ship, I love the rigging and the lookout nests, could probably blast the crap out of my poor Caravel but never fear, the Spanish american alliance shall soon have new ships on the seas!
