Well the cheapest ones are £80 on BL... so that's around $125 each. That's $750 for the 6... and that's if there's only 6. $40 for the rest of it doesn't seem so bad does it?

The price per piece might be... but some enterprising soul spotted that there seem to be at least 6 of the light bley masts that make up the rear section of the UCS Falcon which normally sell for around £100 each. If you were so inclined that is more than the value of the whole bundle.

Yep!... I slightly misunderstood that bit... although a nice standard TIE Advanced would be lovely too... Might have to pick up another standard TIE to flank it as per the original poster! I'd have thought also that with the Cuusoo Sandcrawler project being turned down recently that particular model wouldn't be close to release in any form just yet. I mentioned over on the Cuusoo thread about me believing that items extending from existing lines shouldn't be included on Cuusoo for this very reason. I do think the Lars homestead is one of the things that could be produced in the OT thread as Tatooine is very 'underdone' although I think Mos Eisley lends itself better to a set. Unless TLG release blackened skeleton figures to use after the Sandtroopers had arrived looking for the droids? ...and for Slave 1... I have a deep dislike for the prequels so it would have to be available in ESB form or at least be moddable to that for my liking.

A Vader Tie Advanced UCS would certainly makes for some serious 'swooshing' with a Red Five!

After the success of the UCS Falcon I think an updated version would fly off the shelves in a very short space of time but I, like you, would be picking that up sharpish! I just think it will be a way off... How long was it between X-Wings? I think a UCS Slave 1 is more likely although after 2 recent UCS OT releases I'm not sure the next one will be. I'm expecting the regular summer wave to be very OT orientated and Bespin and Tatooine are ripe for sets... Probably the most neglected areas of the Trilogy for TLG. While complete conjecture may be off topic a little (and I apologise for this) but Cantina with Ponda Baba, Dr Evazan, Momaw Nadon, new Greedo and Cantina Band as well as Cloud City with Lando and Cloud Car Pilot (or a variation of those figs) are very high on my wish list... A Yavin IV briefing with Jan Dodonna, Garvin Dreis and maybe a rebel technician/guard would be great! I'm actually lost a little for what else they'd put out that wouldn't be very repetitive.

That's not Porkins. It's Theron Nett who was Red Ten. Now that looks nice! Do we know how much the microfighters are going to be? I'm tempted to offer him €5 each for a few of those!

That suit looks like it could be ideal for an Agent Coulson... although somebody will tell me whether he's ever worn a red tie!

For me it's the biggest draw of the range. I've had my Christo custom for a while now and always thought it was one of the best figures in my collection. Hopefully the official one will improve on the helmet a little and make it removable from the head. Looking forward to the new detailed torso designs. Mind you I'm pretty excited about the full Rebel Pilot print on the legs and torso too. Chewie and the silver top Artoo make it quite a nice (and cheap) wave for me. I bet the summer wave will kill me with some nice OT stuff though! UCS Slave 1 will probably be the main drainer of funds.

I'm still hoping that the X Wing pilot ends up being Dreis. The willingness to create a new helmet print is promising rather than the generic blue rebel insignia of the planet series Snowspeeder pilot. Being an OT collector the Microfighters and DS Troopers battle pack make it quite a cheap series for me... BL for the new Chewie though! He finally looks great.

How does it look in comparison to Christo's Gunner? The helmet on that version is permanently attached to the head and I'm sure Lego won't do that.

Agreed! Looks like I'm buying several of these to kit out my Rebel fleet in new uniforms and adding that helmet design to the mix.

Looking at the Microfighters sets I don't think it will be Porkins as the figure. The page showing the figures doesn't look like him... Different helmet design. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Garvin Dreis. The figure on the Star Destroyer has a clone wars face but on the figures page it shows a com link earpiece printed on... I know they're all only prelims but I think they'll offer something new. Those Rebel pilot figures are looking amazing now.

Most recent was the Ewok Village... before that the Sail Barge... A-Wing and the UCS Red Five. Also managed to pick up a Tie Fighter for £20... Oh... Nearly forgot... The Tesco near me often has items heavily discounted but they had the last Republic Striker Class Starfighter that they found on a shelf in the stockroom... for £7! Bugger... also forgot about the 2 OT planet sets of the Snowspeeder and B-Wing. Good job I only really buy OT and EU stuff!

It'd cost more than the €10 as it's part of a Superlot with a custom Daredevil! You can't buy it without shelling out €30 for the DD figure too!

Hi all... After getting back into Lego again a few years ago as an AFOL I've visited EB several times in the past following links to discussions etc... so now I've decided to jump in and try and be a part of things. I got back into Lego due to my love of Star Wars... and the impending birth of my first child... When my daughter was born just over 4 years ago I contemplated buying the UCS Falcon if it was a boy as a gift to him/myself even though there was nowhere to put it... but I had a girl... so I didn't. Bugger. (about the Falcon... Not having a girl!) SW is my primary collection of Lego items. I'm also a fan of LOTR/Hobbit and the Super Heroes themes although space around the house doesn't allow for build and display of everything! Basically I prefer fleshies to yellowies! I suppose the main drain on my funds is minifigures... I love customs also... as long as they're designed and printed properly. They don't have to be purist either! I'll often buy sets and after a build I'll sell the kit on without the figs... either that or it's BL!! I built my first main MOC a few months ago and actually sold it as there was interest in it... it was a Carbon Freezing chamber from TESB. I may get round to posting pics of it at some point. Anyway... I hope to be a productive member of the group... and hopefully get round to contributing to the Decal forum as I'm a designer by trade and I may be able to help out there. Slainte Mhath!

So we get 4 x Batman, 2 x Robin, Batgirl, Nightwing, 2 x Joker, Riddler, Penguin, Henchman, Manbat, 'Driver', and of course, Flash... not a bad haul for the DC sets (including Juniors) That prototype actually looks a little more like Scarlet Spider... although that's looking a little too much into it seeing as it's just a CGI placer.

Yep... seems to be gone on the UK version. I only recently looked through it for some parts so it must be a very recent happening
