I do like it, and i dont like it. Thing wich i dont like is at you painted the gold print into black. I think that is a huge mistake, as´i think they look good even whit the gold printing on it. I would have used old shakos for that purpose much more. You have painted the white plume very well, theres almoust any mistakes in it. Captain Becker

My kindom has fallen, and my once so great Redcoat army has fled. I have been forced to take down every Lego set and put them in bags and to storage. And i must say, the room looks very empty whit out my Legos, and i dont even regognize it anymore. Im moving to another city due my studies, and wont be able to be as active here on Eurobricks anymore, but i still be hanging around here. Im also fearing at i cant buy Legos next 3 years wich breaks my heart into many Lego pieces i could say. But i shall promise, that my army will be re-united once more, and once so great kindom shall rise and be glorious once more as it was before. I will be missing you guys. Captain Becker

Nice vignette and new minifig, i have also modifeded my minifig but i cant show it. Reasons: My cameras battery ran out, im moving to another city so all my Legoos are being put into stoage. Im only wondering, why your Lietnaunt think at a bottle whit a small ship inside it is rum? I think he has drinked too much already. No more rum to him! Captain Becker

I dont see any reasons why TLC would contiune this line. I want Classic Pirates back! This theme was a really good yes, but i dont really see the point for second wave. Every theme has its end, and POTC has it in Setember. Although i really was hoping Inteceptor, and would like to Lego to release one more set before the line ends. Captain Becker

I dont actually like painting minifigs. But decals are OK. Painting swords are OK whit me, especially when they are not very rare, and i also have whole bunch of them. I would only paint my legos if they wont be rare pieces and are very common by their colour. Like: I would paint 2x4 white brick into something else. So if you want to paint or make decals, then feel free to do so. Its your choise, not ours. PS: You dont plan to paint those ropes on Blecoat minifigs are you? Captain Becker

Now im only wondering how long it takes you to complete this whole MOC. This is just crazy stuff, but im wondering if its going to be as nearly impressive as Our WIP town Port of Brick Royal. But i belive it may be. As for the roads, i would use 1x1 tiles or 1x2 tiles, but if you dont want to use those, then 1x1 round studs are the best IMO. I wish you good luck whit this project and surely aiting for updates for this megaproject. Captain Becker

Indeed it a nice entry, but i think the arms are a bit thin and a bit too short. Otherly, its a nice entry overall. But i have one question: Where did he lost his hat wich he had on the movie scene? Caaptain Becker

Yes, but actially thats supposed to present compass. I didnt want to make the most realistic lookign vessel, and tryed to keep the playbility and accessibility (If thats a word) as easy as possible, and the desing as well. And the crew is already quite big for this ship, if we think at theres not much space where to put them. I just tryed to put 10 minifigs so at one cannon has one, and two for commanding the crew and the ship. And the final is to steer the ship. But i promise you, the next ship wich will be two decker, will be a bit longer, and have larger crew. Captain Becker

POTC Wont be contiuning in 2012 and either will be Classic Pirates i afraid. But if TLC Suprisingly does the second wave of PTC, then Inteceptor would be a killer set! I Started my "Active" Lego hobby in late 2009 and early 2010 when Pirates line were brought back. I dont remember exactly, but i think it was Shipwrech hideout or Brickbeard bounty wich was my first Lego set bought in years. Ofcourse i had already some pirates 4+ sets bought me by my parents. I would say, use both of those first ones, but dont use brickbuil ones. Or if you like, you can use them all. It would be intresting t see how you would manage to make the brick build troll. Good luck whit the project. Captain Becker
