  7. Like the projector (Is it producing the picture or is the picture stuck on the screen?) Not keen on the chairs, they're too bulky IMO
  8. Thanks Jamie for designing so many decent sets (EM, CC, GG, GE). Thanks for creating a realistic looking steam train in Emerald Night Mine is on order awaiting delivery (Sometime in March!) Thanks for creating some wonderful realistic looking buildings Thanks for getting me back into Lego at the age of 30!

  11. Hopefully it'll be more realistic looking than the last one! Maybe on a par with Emerald Night?
  12. My dark age lasted approx 16 years from 14-30. Seeing the incredible Emerald Night, Cafe Corner & Green Grocer plus over the years I've googled Lego town layouts but not done anything about it. I have no idea but just before Christmas I decided that I wanted some Lego so my girlfriend got me a bucket & one of the racers, that reignited my obsession! I now have a whole list of things I want to build!

  14. I was 12 in 1991! Bought a few more bits from Bricklink
  15. Old Hornby trains had something to produce smoke, could look at how they did it?
  16. Second floor sells umberellas, they jump out of the window & use them Mary Poppins style to glide to the ground!
  17. More from bricklink
  18. Next one could be: Postbox: Post office Ice Cream seller: Ice cream shop Scooter: Toy shop!!
  19. Some more bits from Bricklink
  20. They are fantastic!!!
  21. Seen them before. Will see if I can find anything in the UK first but may well be buying a set or two.
  22. Firehouse I (6385) from 1985 which I bought off Bricklink the other day, which coincidentally is also the first set I had as a child! Double win!!
  23. I reckon so too, the other way would probably be too tall. Now, where to find LEDs or strobes small enough to be hidden under a 1x1 slope or 1x2 transparent blue tile?
