  1. Small damages?!?! Try an entire bridge destroyed! Though we have retreated, we took about half of your ships to burning bits! Almost had ya too :-/ .
  2. It's falling from the sky!" He repeated " The plane....the plane...
  3. Hmmm, I didn't know there were translucent ones...thanks!
  4. not real story!" But Jane came to terms when she felt two pricks in her neck.
  5. Funny, at first sight of this thread, they were not there. Perhaps TRU added them later.
  6. Bu-but the mynocks coul-could be included! I could see a big space slug(with good pieces) w/ a mini falcon and perhaps an astroid?
  7. Or just rip it to itty bits. < If it is said so, then that. The seaweed will be pretty hard to achieve, cause I don't think most seaweeds are pure green. And bright green on a dark gray ship might not go so well together.
  8. Uhm, those are quite...gory. Anyhoo. I have multiple ones to mention. You can find alot on brickfilms> http://brickfilms.com/
  9. That's pretty cool...Major suction on one of those things, could probably hurt you if you got your hand on it.
  10. Just for fun: 01000001 01110111 01110011 01101111 01101101 01100101 00100001 (Awsome!) Really nice Moc DreamWeb. THe front of ship is really nice and I like the figure head alot. THe cabin also looks really good :-) . The mess hall is nice too.
  11. So....many....Sealed..boxes from Mr.jamtf... Any way, Just want to add: Lagoon Lock Up: Used but complete(arrived!)
  12. Captain Redbeared could have...uhm, used his hook to move the sword, I mean, it's plastic...I mean metal. This kind of 3D animation is quite popular, maybe mostly because it's really rare. I think it'd take, posssibly, twice as long to do this with actual legos because: 1. That water 2. actually having to get into the set and moving the people is hard 3. Animation errors/can't go back usually. Basically, this sounds alot easier than stp motion with legos. But you achieve alot more in CG movies, as stop motion movies you are more limited(i.e. gravity)
  13. Good to hear from you SkaForHire! Can't wait to see the bunch of port covers on your new ship :-P . How much does a jug usually contain? Perhaps Willy meant"put" to use. Or an incomplete sentence?
  14. Then Jane said" That is one wierd story. What Time is it...
  15. Very interesting MOC Bonaparte. I like the color scheme. How many middle hull sections are on there, it looks pretty long!? Are you going to make a balcony on the stern of the ship? That'd look nice.
  16. Nice small for and dock *y* .Greenery mixes in well with the fort. Just for the story: What if the soldiers in the group of soldiers you were joining to go to the Island, knew you were going to kill the soldiers and were apart of pirates so they let you along on their protection on the fort when really the fort is covered with soldiers who will be ready to arrest ye pirates. :-)(If you want to continue with it or not or not include it is up to you.)
  17. This is awsome. It looks really nice. I suppose you used LURPS and BURPS, or just alot of drk gry pieces? Also, I'm wondering how you did the SNOT technique of putting the rocks upside down, was it a pin with the stud on it?? Nice figure head by the way.
  18. Most part, this is all Computer Generated. I wasn't surprised that they used MLcad to build the ships. As said, I think it took them about 5 weeks to complete.
  19. Here's some: KFOL: Kid Fan Of Lego (obviously) NISB: New In Sealed Bag I'm not sure what ZOMG means. Well, I know what the OMG means, but whatis the Z doing there!?!
  20. Stunning, absolutely stunning. WHat great detail and animation!
  21. Oh, ok. I'm not too familiar with the statue heads of the Islander theme. I heard that your camera wasn't the quality you wanted(?) Well, anyway, I thought I'd take one of your Moc Islander pictures and touch it up. I hope this is alright. I made the quality a little better as well. When I took pictures with my webcamera, they always ended up grainy, but then I use the Brightness/Contrast feature to fix it. I usually lower the brightness and raise the contrast. That usually makes the quality better. (I'm not sure if you use it), but I used photoshop. It can be found in the following buttons: Image>Adjustments>Brightness/Contrast. There's also other buttons there that'll improve image quality. Another touch up I did was replace the white marks between the leaves on the top of the moc. I used the "magic wand",deleted the background, and Copy and pasted a close area of the background and put it behind the picture. I also touched up on some gray fragrants that were in the background. I hope this was alright to do
  22. Edvard Grieg, thanks :-) . I didn't think that the "King" was for a Halloween themed play(???)(No?)
  23. "In the Hall of the Mountain King" By Grieg...err...something. (doesn't say last name :-( )
  24. This is great for the forum! The tuturial looks great as well! *y* . Hmm, I didn't know there was a batch resizing part in Photoshop, now I know, thanks! I think you should pin this thread so that new comer members may see. Or is that why you have this on a poll?
  25. True to this( Besides the Schooner), however, I find that the sloping piece behind the lady of the BSB helps make it look more natural than just the plain figuer.
