Most of the time I get it for the minifigs, some of the sets coming out now have alot of holes and weird designs. Sometimes it's for parts, but all sets that I get eventually are taken apart except for the Death Star.

I just received the new 2010 sets from Amazon.fr

Good to see some new pictures, but two things I think turned out bad: 1. Aayla Secura's CW look, the eyes are too far apart because there isn't a nose. 2. The Wampa looks extremely cartoonish and for some reason has chicken. Though I do like most of the other stuff. Maybe it's the order 66 version? -
It's an ok se-did you say blank Dark Green torso?! I love the dragon and the tile, but I don't understand what it means. Now the Black beard will probably be easier to get.

Awesome! I don't know if gears are supposed to go on a rifle like that...

I like the shot, but it looks odd because the helmet has to fit a minifig head.

I don't know, maybe Dastan hair in Dark Red? So can we have an image to compare it to in real life? Which came first though? I don't have pictures, but my sigfig is similar to me in alot of ways:(my normal version, for now...) Hair: Dark Tan HP-I have a darkish blonde hair color, but I don't do much to keep it neat Head: Harry Potter(smiling, soon to be replaced with smiling/serious in October)-I can never find any lego glasses that look like mine, the City ones are ok, but the face... (besides, I get it in flesh) Torso: I put any blank torso(minus Red and Pink) on. Pants: I normally wear darkish green, brown, or dark blue pants.

Amazing, how did you get that worn and dirty look?

Review - 8096 Emperor Palpatine's Shuttle
not-in-use-anymore replied to OneSnowTrooper's topic in LEGO Star Wars
You mean arms and leg, right? Though it works for the medical droid, he just seemed to hover around silently(but I've never seen him with a giant arm before...). Wasn't Darth Vader's transformation somewhere else? I like the clone face, but they sgould have changed the helmet. -

Hmmm.... At least we can melt the poles faster. @Tereglith: I love it when people use automaton instead of robot, it sounds more steampunkish. -

I've never seen these books in Lego stores before, but you can get books somewhere else*. What's the difference between alternate models and what you said? It wouldn't be real if there was a different book, which I'm still confused about. (*Sorry about my previous posts, I didn't know it was a Brickmaster book! I geuss I won't be getting it. ) -
LEGO Star Wars 2010 Pictures and Rumors

The Lego books I've seen don't normally include rare parts(the ones with bricks in them, not the visual dictionary) so I think it'll appear in a new set. Or not. Yes, that is the droid book I'm looking for talking about. But my question was why Brickmaster sets were mentioned. @Mutley777: I'm talking about 2010(not including the shuttle). -
LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars
not-in-use-anymore replied to BrickBob Studpants's topic in Culture & Multimedia
Edit: Sorry, I didn't notice I was double-posting. http://ps3maven.com/lego-star-wars-iii-the-clone-wars/ It probably isn't going to be the exact date, but it is something.(because of rumors, delays, last minute additions...) It sounds like they're meaning CW characters seperate from TCS characters. If they do a quick, annoying parody of TCS like they did in LIJ2... What could "numerous modes" mean? I'm geussing modes means either: A)play as villians or heroes like in Batman B)Free Play, Story, Builder... or C)Extras that change the look of the game* *Some extras I want to be put in a TT/Lego game:(mostly just some things I've seen in other games) -silhouettes color choice(instead of always black) -large/small minifigs -crazy effects(like blasters making a ding sound, or fish replacing lightsabers) -

I think the Ninja is supposed to have 2, but how many guns are there for the Cowboy? And have the older parts(Forest Men hat, Native American hair...) changed any? I've noticed that some parts that are brought back from a while ago sometimes sit higher on the head, or they make a small modification like the Cowboy guns. -
Oh, when I saw the title I thought it meant that the floor builds itself! Nice interior too.

I had* the Knight Bus as a present, but I didn't like it that much. If Lego released a new one, maybe in a new Dark Purple color( )**, we could get a better Black Grim, an actual driver, better modularity, and maybe a shrunken head! I'm not saying it's likely to happen, but it'll give us something to think about. *currently part of lost forever my collection. **The purple they have is too bright and has alot of quality problems. (or maybe it's just my love of dark colors...) -

Yeah, I didn't believe that this set would get Fisto when I first saw the picture. I can't wait to see what crazy alternate models are made inside with those bricks. (Why doesn't it say Clone wars at the top? That area around the 6+ seems too empty.) -

[joke]I don't really get why they call it minifigures, what do minifigs have to do with this?*[/joke] When you go to the Bios page, the Minifigures at the top do something, but the cheerleader's one looks weird... I don't understand what the haha is for, but I would name them Miniature Figurines. -
To be or not to be: LEGO minifig in shorts?
not-in-use-anymore replied to Minifig Lecturer's topic in General LEGO Discussion
But if you have a 2 plate height attached to the legs it'll be the same size as normal minifig legs. But the only bad thing is that the curved area is at the top, making it look weird in real life.(but this can be fixed with one of the SW clone skirts) (if you don't understand: short legs + a brick = normal legs + a plate) -
