  1. I store all my surplus System pieces and assorted (non-SW & Bionicle) sets in one big box, unorganised and messy. Another box is filled with larger, built models from themes like Power Miners, Indiana Jones and Aqua Raiders. All my Star Wars lego is stored in two cabinets (I like to display them), while another cabinet is filled with 2009 Bionicle sets and about 5-6 boxes full of built Bionicle sets from previous years. Well, that's my storage sorted and in a nutshell.
  2. Well, that's not surprising because Manta rays used to be called Devilfish. 2010 looks like a promising year, from what I can see
  3. The Home One Mon Calamari Star cruiser. I should know, it was the only thing I picked out at the store
  4. Stronius. I loved his brutal attitude and appearance, and he's my favourite canister set of the year. I was surprised that he didn't get a speaking part in TLR.
  5. He could have used the Destral teleportation device he was fiddling about with in Takanuva's Blog 08.
  6. Long time ago, I didn't buy this set due to lack of funds, and I did regret it. I was going to buy it from Ebay, but now I'm glad I didn't do that - most of that set has been remade since. Hope we get some more Kashyyyk sets next year. Thanks for the review!
  7. Did they have the Freeco? If so, I need to make a dash to town, immediately.
  8. Just so you know, Thi-Sen was the chieftain of the Talz in the CW episode Trespass. This is my favourite set of the winter wave, and thanks KimT for letting us see it in such detail. The Talz is so detailed, he's the most elaborately detailed SW figure I've seen.
  9. For all the British here, I have something that'll excite you all The Imperial battle pack is also listed on page 3, but they're sold out. I'm gonna check my local Toys R Us after Christmas, seeing how late shopping has flooded the town.
  10. For all the British here, I have something that'll excite you all The Imperial battle pack is also listed on page 3, but they're sold out.
  11. Awesome review, KimT The new ARC is quite an improvement over the old one, and better figs this time. Still, I have the original which is fine to me, and I could use that £50 on something else. Besides, one of those new Clone Pilots is coming in another set next year, Palpatine's Shuttle, so I'll get one then.
  12. Awesome review, Brickster! I voted Above Average because this battle pack rocks. We get a proper version of General Veers and a new AT-AT pilot, making this set a must-have
  13. I'd been following many Mafia games as a guest like Infection, Noir Mafia and MC2, and I'd like some first hand experience in playing. I'd like to play too please.
  14. Great review! I seriously want that set badly now, must have Cthulu guy
  15. £25 is a complete ripoff! It's piece count is way too low for that price! Well, it's definite no-buy now. I prefer the old CTT wheels, they are much fatter and accurate than the thin ones on the new version.
  16. Great review KimT! This is one set I won't bother purchasing. I have the cool original, which is less oversized. I also own three Rocket battle droids, so there's no incentive for me to buy this set. That reasoning will save me
  17. I agree, if TLG are gonna start putting more flick fires into sets, they should make a mechanism to fire them.
  18. Can I join please? I have rooms full of sets and I'm just itching to take snaps of them all and show the world.
  19. This set I never bought because I had all those sets (except Obi-Wan's fighter, of course), and even his fighter's not that special.
  20. Those prices sound dead on, unfortunately I don't think the Swamp Speeder will be over £20 - it doesn't look like it has enough pieces to be so. The price will never deter me though, I must have Barriss and that cool speeder, I missed out on the first. I'm glad a Snowspeeder was included in Wampa Cave - I don't have one, and now I have a chance to get one, even bundled wth a Wampa I think my wallet will be healthy next January, because I only intend to buy the battlepacks, Freeco speeder and Swamp Speeder. I already own the original Landspeeder, ARC-170 Fighter and Droid Tri-Fighter, so that was an easy decision for me to make. As for summer, my wallet will totally sploom. The Wampa Cave and Palpatine's Shuttle are definite buys for me, the rest I'm unsure of. Plo Koon's fighter doesn't interest me, I own Plo Koon and have Ahsoka's starfighter, which is too similar. I own the 2006 Slave 1, but I might buy the new one just for the new Boba and Bossk. I also own the original CTT, but Cad Bane and Aayla Secura have to be part of my collection.
  21. This set is definitely on my wish list. I have only two Hoth Rebels, and those new helmets are something I can't simply miss. However, that problem with the helmet is quite annoying and they must have gotten frostbite on their necks by now
  22. Awesome review, especially with your decent photography skills My brother bought this set years back for £3, and I've had a decent play with it. Those Tusken Raiders are to die for
  23. Thanks for the review, really appreciated seeing pics of this set I'm on the fence on whether buying this set, since I normally collect sets I see from the movies and Clone Wars series. But I'm thinking of buying it so I can turn it into a TIE Interceptor, which I missed out on.
