I dissagree completely. The TIE advanced was one of the most memorable ships in the original movies. It gets a decent amount of screen time, and is in a VERY memorable sceane. The AT-ST is also fairly memorable, and is in two movies, unlike most OT vehicles. It plays a very big part in Return of the Jedi- without it Endor would be cake. Although- yes, neither the AT-OT or LAAT/c were the most famous vehicles, a decnt fan would want them badly. And I fail to see how they are odd-looking. Now, EU is fairly tricky buisness. When deciding when to make things that are only in books or games some people have probly never heard of, it's tough. Personally, the TIE Defender is more recognisable than the Outrider. To add to that, people are always looking to build of their TIE collection, and this is an excellent addition. The same goes for the Landing Craft. Although not neccesrily rocognisable, it is definatly similar to other things people have seen, and included some rare figs. And, as I've said before, the Slave 1 is hardly iconic. It's in 2 sceanes for VERY brief moments. besides, making two of the same ship in the same year is just strange to me.

I was kind of hoping that the Turbo Tank would look terrible, so I wouldn't have to spend all my money oln it. So much for that idea... Bane looks great, as does Aayla. I'm looking forward to better pics of the tank and AT-RT. I dont see why everyone's so down on the wampa JUST because of a little difference in the arms. Seriously, at least we aren't getting that terrible giant teddy bear!!!

Yeah, and I got fifty clones from the Freeco Speeder!

Personally, I reuse to believe this is over untill I see proof. Not flimsy evidence like no news or missing catalauge info. I don't care If I have to break into LEGO, I'm going to find out. Once I see hard evidence that LEGO Indy's ending, then I'll buy into it. Not untill.

Riight....I don't need a sister who watches Lie To Me 24/7 to know what you're doing.

Nice job. I just got this set yesterday. For some reason, my top S-foils won't open very much. Any suggestions?
-
Uhh... which one do I go to?

He's not technacally 'reapearing.' They just amde a lot of them... But I've made my own Tactical droid out of already released pieces, and it looks good.

So? As said before, LEGO may just be taking a break. Just because it's not in a cataluage doesn't mean it's the end. But if we're taking a vote, I'm in for the tank. It's n Iconic scene that HAS to be recreated. Other canditates are Grail Temple, Bar fight.

Dual REVIEW: 2007 LEGO Star Wars Battle Packs
The Legonater replied to ILikePi's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Noo!!! I was going to do these dual reviews! Snap! -
Ironic, I was about to qute it before I saw you already had. Those comics are simply increadable. I still like the escape pod ones.

I noticed. That is really good. if you too out the cone, it would be the spitting image.

*Turns, and sees EB staff trying to come up with the msot evil title they can come up with* Poor Ryan...

Or because they just overstocked in the first-place. Thank about it. But a Mando battle pack has merit. People have loved Mandos since Ep.5, before they even knew what they were. Boba and Jango are two of the most-loved Star Wars charecters ever. There have been hundred of books and comics about Mandolorians, and even a few games mixed in. There's even a sneak peek at the Clone Wars Mandos in the season one collection. To sum it all up, they are in a triple episode, so fans ar likely to see them. Not to mention that Hasbro will most likely release some, and LEGO is not to be outdone...

But still, as I've said, an entire instruction manual of a 60 doller set missing would diffenatly tip the scales. [quote name='Big

No. I doubt that she'll get a new torso. In fact, I doubt LEGO's even considering it. The Clone Wars has yet to show any signifigent change in costume, and thus, LEGO will do the same. If we see an episode with her in Snow Gear, then mayube they'll release a set of that. Or the Vulture's Claw. but other than those I see no reason for change. Just because she has, say, a new belt, dosen't mean that they'll waste money just to make a new torso with a new belt. I don't see any change in the near future, and niether should you. Doing anything more is just setting yourself up for dissapointment.

Nah, I have dial-up. I'd be better off to just read about it on Wookiepedia.

I don't know about you, but I think LEGO should make LEGO Stargate. What about you?
-
I can't upload the pictures! help please?

"Good shot!" "It... it wasn't me." I know. I have both volumes. IMO, The new Clone Wars series is so much better. Mainly because it's more fluid and that increadable sence of humor.

I'm not so sure. My X-Wing didn't include an Instruction booklit when I got it, and that's a lot heavier than a minifigure.
-
Ookay. I thought that was just a LEGO mistake. In my mind, LEGO din't want to make a new headpiece, like what they did with the TIE Pilot.

Luke Skywalker Dagobah torso - printing on back?
The Legonater replied to brickzone's topic in LEGO Star Wars
A guy with a TANKTOP? I'd call it a muscle shirt . -
My passing away. that would ruin the site forever ! But I do believe LEGO going bankrupt would be serious. Sure, we'd keep it goiug, but slowly it would die out untill eventually it would become that dispicable thing no one talked about. I'd hate that- of course I probably wouldn't be alive to see or hear about it.

I love history, enspecially Ww 1 and 2. I have a quickly increasing collection of war movies and books, including the famed The Great Escape and Tora Tora Tora. I am currently writing a war trilogy about the battle of Africa during WW2. I plan to publish it someday. It's acctually pretty good so far.
