'Solid'? I'd almost think those things were made out of pure iron. I still want to know how they counterstrike.
-
So, would that give me immunity to all element attacks?
-
Sadly, I haven't met the dragon. I have met a dragon, but not the one the resides under Eubric.
-
Atramor and I - as well as a crew of others - fought tooth and nail against Wren down there. That why my bow here's named as it is. I lift Requiem for emphasis.
-
So, quick question, do opposing gems (Like, say Amethyst and Diamond) neutralize when protecting against damage the same as the do attacking?
-
I think you mean Black Knight, I'm a rogue, not a Ranger.
-
Well, there goes one brilliant plan. Not sure how useful buying SP:1 armour is in that case.
-
Since when?
-
Time to armour up. I buy an Amethyst (2855-100=2755) then merge the Amethyst and Diamond into my Briar Bow (2755 - 50 - 50 = 2655). I then upgrade it to WP:20 (2655 - 120 - 130 - 140 - 150 - 160 - 170 - 180 - 190 - 200 = 1565) The dead shall be avenged. They shall not die for nothing - their death shall help the freedom of this world. You are no longer the 'Briar Bow'. I name thee Requiem, Last Song of Hans I buy leather armour. (1565 - 30 = 1535) and upgrade it to SP:10 (1535 - 20 - 30 - 40 - 50 - 60 - 70 - 80 - 90 - 100 = 185) I do not buy leather armour. I instead buy Tricorne (1565 - 120 = 1445). I am left unsatisfied, but richer. I also buy a Pheonix Essence (1445 - 50 = 1395) a Smelling Salt (1395 - 25 = 1375) a Bedroll (1375 - 5 = 1370) and a Shovel (1375 - 10 = 1365) In a second burst of shopping, I buy a Garnet, Emerald, Opal, Ruby, Sapphire, Topaz, Diamond and Amethyst, (1365 - 100 - 100 - 100 - 100 - 100 - 100 - 100 - 100 = 565) and imbue them and my Aquamarine into the Tricorne (565 - 50 - 50 - 50 - 50 - 50 - 50 - 50 - 50 - 50 = 115). There. I am done. OOC: If anyone wants to check my math, please do.

I never asked for your respect, not even while I lay dying in the Temple of Zoot. All I insisted was that you not barge in on someone's conversation. Now if that will be all, I'll go find something better to do.
-
Some people have no understanding of respect. I nod politely to Alexis, shake my head at Sarge, and sit back down.
-
I promptly give Sarge a good whack upside the head. Can't you see they're trying to have a private conversation? Besides, if Alexis would sell anything, it'd be the Amethyst to me. I hope.
-
Out of the corner of my eye I see Arthur, and smile at him. My attention quickly becomes occupied with the Amethyst I had noticed before, however.

Well, it was only a matter of time before someone figured out how to get a clip show into Heroica. Jokes aside, that was actually really well done, Flipz!

Heroica RPG - Expert Job Class Discussion
The Legonater replied to LEGOman273's topic in The Heroica Archive
Blast, I was thinking of a class almost exactly like that. -
Not nearly as honour and glory, either. I add on to Atramor's statement to the peg-legged man. Seeing as Haldor's been pretty quiet, I move to sit beside the old witch instead. So, what are you going to get next? A parrot?
-
Well, I'll say this right now, but my quest (coming very soon now!) will have the opportunity for Bonaparte rep. Like Doc's it won't be stated on the quest form.
-
Atramor. Good to see you. That chicken of yours come back yet?
-
Perhaps I have misspoken. Wren has not per se the power of the mind, but the power of the tongue. She has corrupted many with her words, seeking to build Chaos. It helps not that this particular quester was already a Choas-worshiper. He strongly believe she would be its salvation, but the final battle finally brought him back into the light. Still, she was a frightening enemy nonetheless. In the end, her power seemed too much for even her to control - random bursts of Chaos that would switch weapons, summon monsters and so on. At one point, Lady Nyx and Wren switched places entirely.
-
Heh, she was no mere woman. She wielded an impressive power. One of our party was nearly swayed to her side. She dead now, though. Well, sort of.
-
Troubling. My friend Haldor and I - as well as a crew of fourteen others - set out to hunt down the Dark Lady Wren and kill her for good. We were victorious... but not without losses. Dyric looks down at the table, a solemn look on his face as his voice choked up a little. Too many losses.
-
Of course, I love myself a good mythril shard. Here you go.
-
Sure, but I don't want to switch to Black Knight right now. No proper ranged weapons for the Black Knight. That too.
-
That's right, it can only be used by knights, can't it? Well, there go my min-maxing dreams.
-
I watch briefly as Nyx dashes across the hall. That cursed war has done us all in, it'd seem.
