Its going to be really hard to decide on what sets to get this year and which ones to leave, afterall lego is an expensive hobby :)

Wow they look good, i really like the fort and the ship vs serpent sets. All the new viking figs look great and i for one cant wait to get them. How will lego ever top this year????? :oD

Thanks for all your kind words guys :) pionneer version 1 was on both brickshelf and fbtb and i agree that the hallway needs redoing, ive been trying to find pics of the entrance way (the large door that the droids enter) and how it conects up to the rest of the building so if anyone knows then please let me know. One of the things that ive noticed is that from the outside the whole palace is a cylinder shape and yet from the inside it looks rectangular....strange |-/

Hey thats good news, what i want to know is can you remove the figs head without having to cut it off.

According to shop at home who i rang this morning both of the new sets will be available to europe on the 26th Jan, so in 2 weeks time we can all order the jedi starfighter and if you havent already got one the tie-fighter too.

That would be sweet, i would buy as many as i could find :-D

I phoned lego today and they said that the set isnt available till 26th Jan :( so it looks like our friends across the atlantic will be getting it first.

Im sure that ive seen these before on brickshelf, but lets hope lego gives us some sets like these. :)

Well i finally got around to doing some more work on my jabbas palace, ive now tried to make the cave alot bigger and also incorparate the trap door shoot and the large door that the rancor enters from. I have also made a few changes to the palace itself. As allways all comments are welcome and any suggestions on how to improve it would be good. Since david has been gone i cant remember reading any posts that were Argumentative in any way :) which is great for the harmony of this site.

Ive seen a few but i cant recall ever seeing any for the SW range, like jipay said most of the adverts seem to be on the back of comics/magazines etc.

Regarding the tv show i have heard rumors that it will be set between the end of ep3 and the start of ep4, but thats all, no word yet on wheather it will be a live action series or a cartoon.

To be honest i want loads just for the troopers so i expect that alot of the walkers will be used for customs :)
