  3. Ok thanks guys for expressing interest for instructions for my harvester, there is 1 wee issue though which is that the wires and cables do not go though the truntabble which means thay will twist ,when i am finished the whole thing i will look to biuld a new harvester head for it to fix these issues. I am working on the base of the machine this minute and should have it finished in the next week or so. I will start makeing instructions soon for you all just as soon as i get yet another book on lego softwear power tools as i lost the cd.
  4. What about useing one of these: I dont know if this is any use to you but hay.
  5. I think you would be better with just a small moter for steering and an xl moter for drive, also you will need a receiver and a battery box. I dont have any of the models you want to motorize my self so i cant tell you how easy or hard it will be,i would say though that you will need a clutch gear for the steering and you will probably need to gear down the moter to the drive. 2 Functions per a channel. (blue up/down and red up/down) You have 4 differant channels per a controller which means you have 8 functions all together. Hope this helps both of you.
  6. I have finished the head of the harvester tonight please let me know what you think. Also i would really like to know if any body would like building instructions of the finished model when i finish building it,I don't want to wast time on making instructions for it if no one wants them,I have listed the 6 functions below that is in the head : open/close grab powered forward/reverse debarking wheels open/close chainsaw rotate bottom part of head adjust head angle rotate upper half of head Here are some pics:
