Could you show a picture and some rough size's (studs)? Mayby it might be a good tip to start with the legs first and then the rest of the trailer.

This part? The file I have attached is a LDD file,if you open it with Lego digital designer you can get make instructions on how to build it. It was really easy to build this,even Timr could of made this.......

Yes. It is due to the fact that the drive shaft goes though the turntable. The right hand side goes straight through the turntable.Were as the left hand side goes through the driving rings which has play in it.This cusses your left hand side to go slower. If you switched them over you would find it would be the same.But this time the right hand side would be slower.

Use brick's/tiles instead of stickers. Would the air kit stick out to much if you uses slope tiles (1x3) horizontally up the sides?

I probably did not describe it well. You could make a gray stripe around the cab or what ever other color you wish.

What about adding some sort of decal in a differant color using bricks/tiles in what ever color is best.?

Could you use 2x2 tiles instead of those gray tiles? I love the over all look though.

Those parts you have shown above are mostly new parts,but I show not think thay would be very expensive to get.
