  1. Wow, that´s a brilliant construction, simply marvelous! I especially like the round torso design, the use of trans red and clear parts, the fabulous leg design and the neat feet. And of course, that nose cannon´s wonderful too! Achoo!
  2. A Sad Day In The Fifties.... Troll: I would like to ride on that bike but I´m too fat.... Dwarf: I would like to ride on that bike but I´m too short.... Bike: I would like to be an action hero but I didn´t make it through the hearings....
  3. A very fine and hilarious work with an adorable flying pirate vessel indeed, and this time with a nearly philosophical touch as well.... "How could this end when there would be a good moral...?" Well, luckily enough we´ll never know.... Captain Whack and The Flying Walrus, save the day on!
  4. Hey, those skullbikes´re just great, with a very neat turret too.... and your charming skullbots can fly now.... pretty cool!
  5. A Sad Day In Music History Dwarf: Sorry to say but that´s your new business vehicle, green one.... we needed the Benz otherwise. Troll: I see.... may I recommend you a new and exciting way to store your trumpet...? :skull: Dwarf: But.... I want to play it on our judgement day party.... you know, 'it´s the end of the world as we know it'.... Troll: Well.... **** happens.
  6. An astounding creation.... the shanty´s brilliant in it´s shape and the blue Fabuland windows look great on the brown tiles. The nest on top looks good, the rock work rocks, the motorized rowboat rocks too ( ) and the wood with its marine ornamentation fits in perfectly with the beautiful palm tree. But the detail I like the best is for sure your small pieces of strand, scattered with Asteroidea and Mollusca, covered with window panes like with the soft touch of late seawater, captured only by the sheer charm of your MOC. And clam cream on!
  7. A massive and dangerous looking tank, pretty cool, with a fine gun design and a clever way of hiding that shooting cannon. But although I usually like some asymmetrical design, I still ask myself how that baby would look with two of these, ahem, big rocket pods....
  8. Now that´s a very wonderful and plain smart work.... the use of the ship steering wheel for treads and that sweet barrel for the front part´s simply ingenious and brilliant!
  9. That´s an impressive battle scenery taking place in your already very impressive and neat harbor, with a lot of action going on indeed, well done. Your MF characters´re nicely done too, equipped with some fine details like the pirate with that red sash, and placed in a rather lively manner as well.
  10. A neat and charming house with an interesting roof design, and a sad yet hilarious background story, a sweet use of plant parts and very fitting MFs.... I never thought I would say this, but.... dung on!
  11. A nice scenery, a very neat carriage and some fine characters bound to an interesting storyline.... nifty!
  12. Well, that´s indeed a sweet and adorable set.... maybe it´s not fair to compare this with nowadays DUPLO or 4+ sets, and although there´re for sure neat sets to find within these lines too they seem to lack, somehow, some of the special charms of Fabuland.... and the compatibility with System´s a big and important advantage too. Thanks for that very fine review, WhiteFang!
  13. A sweet little medieval ship with a well fitting crew for sure.
  14. A marvelous and impressive work indeed, I especially like the beautiful stern, the fine and detailed bow, the amazing rigging and the.... heck, I simply love everything on that big adorable beauty....
  15. Thank you for that fine review, svelte_corps! Of course I adore ancient and mysterious temples and I always thought that this set looks pretty promising, especially with all these fine colors and the at least somehow fair amount of plant parts. These spacey skellies and interesting natives look very good to me too. Well, that vehicle might be a little uninspired, and the overall temple design, although pretty cool and playable IMHO, might look a bit miscellaneous, but I´m pretty sure that it ain´t easy to incorporate all the important scenes of a presumably much bigger movie model into an adequate and comprehensive LEGO set.... Thank you for that interesting little insight and that picture, Belloq.... I´m really looking forward to compare the movie with the LEGO sets one day as well.... I already guess they did a nice job, and some serious MODing´ll for sure fix the rest. Amazing adventures on!
  16. Hello and welcome to the, um, Texas side of the brick.
  17. A beautiful and really smart police cruiser indeed, plain charming! The only thing I´m not completely sure´s the covering of the rear wheels, although it´s an interesting idea for sure. It´s funny because it looks like you bought these Barraki eyes for a similar purpose like I did.... well done!
  18. Doors on.... I never´ll understand why TLC stopped to provide us with them, especially since they´re very easy to incorporate into the design of today´s official LEGO vehicles, and they shouldn´t be that pricey too....
  19. A great idea and really well made too.... the only thing I would like to see changed´s an a little more dirty looking Fabuland logo....
  20. Well, the half-track looks interesting, but it´s really hard to say with these pretty bad pictures, sorry....
  21. Sounds interesting, thank you for that info darhperson8, although I´m still a little confused about how long a full-lenght mini-movie might be....
  22. Hmm.... well, you´re right.... I should give it a try for sure, I´m still not too old to learn something new.... chicken with bananas, um, on!
  23. A plain marvelous jinricksha, simply a very smart work!
  24. A pretty tough and uncomfortable ride indeed.... poor trooper. And of course a sheer brilliant use of MF hands....
  25. Very fine and Dark Knight on indeed!
