What a very cool and original creation, elegant, detailed and inspiring. S.F. pure!

I found the Agents sets...
Asuka replied to Doctor Sinister's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Thank you for these pretty good pictures, Doctor Sinister! But perhaps we should merge that thread with the already existing Pics-of-the-Agents-Line thread. But you know.... hush hush. -
A pretty nifty idea and a neat work, Scyzoryk.... but next time, try to keep it a little more secret. You can really never know who´s listen in.... We need a watchword. And a code book. And cool cars. We need our own Mr. Q. And gals, lot of hot gals. And a laser toaster. And.... simply everything. Agent Asu Kaplan, over and out. Ahem. Where´s the sunglasses smiley if you need it...?

Hey, it looks good, a fine idea indeed.

Amazing. Original and very creative in shape and design, smart and ingeniously in its execution. The wheeled piles´re simply great, the sail-like structure looks plain beautiful and the small landing platform´s a nice additional detail. The black greeble looks very organic, and all these nifty little vehicles look fine and functional as well. A great work indeed.

Impressive, very detailed, elegant and well thought-out. Just lovely.

That´s a very interesting craft in a cool and elegant shape, it reminds me a lot of todays stealth aircrafts, and the side engines´re really pretty smart. The only change I perhaps would like to see´s an a little more enclosed cockpit....
-
A cool color scheme and a very cool looking tank. You really managed your task with the sitting soldiers perfectly. The only thing I´m a little unsure with is that reversed 2x6 plate on front.... the rest looks pretty smooth.

Wow, what a fantastic and comprehensive review, what a fine and hilarious work, thank you very much, Bernd! Although I own only some SP I sets, I really like the interesting design and the cool color scheme of that line.... I guess my favorite sets´re clearly the pretty solid Galactic Mediator, the neat Solar Snooper and that clever Rebel Hunter.

That´s a very huge and interesting project for sure. Most impressive....
-
Thanks for these new pics, Lego-Freak. An interesting set.... these doors look pretty nice, as parts, too. Although.... I´m not completely sure if I would trust a doctor with a suspicious grin like that.... hey, we´ll get a new and slightly damaged Spongy as well.... now that´s cool.

A lovely and sunny little scenery indeed. Splish splash on!

Fabuland Review, 3797 Fire Chief Boris Bulldog
Asuka replied to WhiteFang's topic in Special LEGO Themes
What a neat little set, although I wouldn´t exactly trust that a little suspicious looking bulldog with his big black axe.... Thanks for that nice review, WhiteFang. -
Thanks for that fine review, SlyOwl. It´s an interesting, and somehow more unusual little set, it almost looks rather civil, which is a nice touch IMO. And it looks a little claustrophobic as well.... I´ll give it a 4....

A really huge and impressive layout, with many beautiful and detailed buildings, equipped with very neat interiors as well. Great!
-
That´s an interesting character, although I´m not completely sure with that skelly head.... perhaps it looks just a tad to castle-like, somehow.
-
Hey, that´s a fine idea.... Although I´m no expert for the Expanded Universe, I do really think that there´s a lack of strong characters ( ) and stories within the ranks of that tin can army.... Your sceneries´re nice, and I think you added some very good humor to your story as well. I especially like your oh-so-well hidden and pretty explosive trap, and your noble and aloof storytelling ( "the republic fires at the incoming droid army, but the droids fire back." ). Hilarious! Perhaps you could start to introduce some interesting characters with your next chapter, just to make things a little more personal....

Raccoon-San and Fox-San (Fabuland)
Asuka replied to SirNadroj's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Simply wonderful. Great torsos, and wonderful fitting heads. Now all you need more for a good story, IMHO, is an additional strong female character. -
That´s a nice boat landing place, but even a pier would need some more structure. At least a small walk on a few piles, and a little shack, perhaps....
-
A mini walker.... how lovely, hmm.... I wonder how a mini AT-AT for just two troopers would look....

Model Team: Mini Truck
Asuka replied to Lasse D's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
A stunning truck, sweet and detailed from top to toe, ahem, I mean from bumper to tail light of course. That fine steering looks pretty interesting as well. I can´t wait till your next project, this time perhaps with a little bit of Weyland-Yutani mixed in, huh...? -
Hello and welcome to the forward-looking side of the brick.
-
Hello and welcome to the explorative side of the brick. And the merit for that sweet picture goes to the amazing and wonderful The Dig Allen Space Explorer Home Page, of course.
-
Pretty smart and funny.... it´s a dog´s life on indeed....

Thank you very much, talltim. That silver and dark blue car looks so beautiful.... I really´ve to say, the longer I look at these pics the more I love that new theme.... When I heard for the first time from this new Agents line I just thought by myself it sounds pretty lame, but the amount of creativity and detail delivered to it simply blows, IMHO, everything related to Alpah Team straight out of the water, like, well, a piece of driftwood, atomized by a freakin´ shark equipped with laser guns....
