    MOC: BeeRacer

A neat work in a nice color scheme with an impressive and cool engine and some nifty 'extras' like these buzz saws. Chrome on!
  2. I think this´re two pretty different things. A creation by TLC is first and foremost a product... a result of a long developing process with many aspects... A MOC´s much more a personal expression with different limitations and therefor not really well comparable to an official LEGO set when it comes to criticism.
  3. Thank you for that excellent review, svelte_corps! That´s simply a wonderful ship! At first I thought that it just looks one hull section too short, but now I´ve to say that it looks very right in size and proportion. Maybe I miss some bilge access, or a real bilge anyways, but raising the deck just a little could help, and MOCing´s always a smart option. The color scheme´s great and the amount of detail´s pretty fine, and the MFs (and animals)´re just superb - I think I didn´t quite notice that the shark offers some fin grabbing... shark riding on I guess. Welcome back, Pirate(s)! Well done, TLC.
  4. A very good work, it looks simply wonderful!
  5. Very nice, Col. Brik. Especially that neat Apache and that cool Trailblazer look great!
  6. Thanks for that fine review of a really nice set, 5150 Lego! That off-roader looks well detailed and really neat, and so does the trailer... although I simply don´t understand why there´s no back hatch that works... that would´ve increased playability so much... just a matter of costs, huh? And don´t let me start about TLC´s mysterious car door politic...
  7. Thank you for that fine review, TheBrickster! A simply wonderful pirate torso with a neat young-pirate face too! The ship, treasure chest & shark´re also pretty nice, especially I guess for some younger pirate fans, or those of us who´re at least still a little young at heart...
  8. Hmm... that´s strange... could this be the scene in Last Crusade where Indy needs to walk about that small 'invisible' camouflaged stonebridge..? But this alone doesn´t sound like a very exciting set conception, huh? Maybe if TLC would create that whole trap-filled pathway, inclusive the cavern with that knight and some grails... EDIT: But na, I think Shtick´s right for sure... they just mixed up the descriptions...
  9. This is a very inspiring and detailed work with a beautiful facade and an interesting mix of different structures! The trebuchet looks also very fine, the foliage looks great and the whole scenery is very lively and well done. But with so much going on in these pics I really would like to be able to see especially the general view pics a lot bigger, and some additional detail shots would also help to enjoy your fine work more adequate... I hope that you´ll give us some more pics of that really cool MOC.
  10. A very good interpretation of that lil´ scooter indeed, in a clear and nice color scheme!
  11. A wonderful detailed and colorful work with a lot of sweet and funny details!
  12. A very neat and detailed house with a beautiful facade in a great color scheme! Maybe for the interior there´s too much brown in it... some additional color details and a carpet or so could work...
  13. A very Happy Birthday on, boys!
  14. Very neat and interesting characters... Louis looks really a bit weird... well done!
  15. Very interesting... and pretty nice... I never heard of this too! Thanks, alexrider7!
  16. A creative and pretty funny work, well done!
  17. Very nice and even a little sinister... cool!
  18. A pretty interesting story, and told in a pretty exciting way too!

    MOC: Speedboat

A pretty fast looking boat indeed... nice idea with that glass floor.
  20. A pretty cool and very funny work indeed!
  21. A very fine and impressive work!
  22. A brilliant and well executed idea indeed, hilarious! Rock da house on!
  23. An interesting and almost a little awe-inspiring design... pretty nice!
  24. A very neat work... both ships look very distinct, with a clear and original shape, pretty tough and 'bully' in appearance... cool!
  25. Hmm... interesting observation... it´s 'modular build/easy start' on the Soldiers´Fort box... and although the construction of that set didn´t really look that complicated and could use some more details (and bricks) it´s not that bad either... the modular aspect is, on the other hand, pretty clever for sure, and with some more modular sets (a new Trading Post, perhaps?) we could create a neat port pretty easily over the course of time... hopefully...
