  1. Really well done, nice detail in this. Paul
  2. That is a great MOC to add to the crane truck model, it looks like it works really well and I feel it adds on to the truck and looks just right. Paul
  3. What a huge amount of functions to have in such a small model, I like it.
  4. What a grea MOC, nice detail and good working features :)
  5. Very nice work with this, has some nice features. I think it would look a bit better if it was shorter but not much you can do about that without rebuilding it. Paul
  6. I am very impressed with both of these, excellent detail in both of them and I love the colours. Paul
  7. This is outstanding, great detail and lots of working parts. I like it. Paul
  8. Excellent work with this, I love the detail in it. Paul
  9. It looks like most people have had nothing but good from being an AFOL. Paul
  10. Nothing other then a large folder to put all my Lego related papers in :)
  11. Thanks everybody for the replies to this, it sounds like nobody has had any real bad experiences with this which is good. Paul
  12. To me this sounds like a really good idea, good luck with it. :) Paul
  13. Thank you for the feedback, yes I prefer the "older style" myself as that is what I used to build in myself back when I was younger :)
  14. Hi and welcome to the forum, my own story is much the same as yours except I kept all my Lego technic from when I was younger :) Paul
  15. Thank you for the feedback, I am going to try some larger wheels on it tonight but I think this will mean a re-design of the cab area as they just fit at the moment :) I do have a limited number of "normal" bricks but I prefer the Technic look anyway myself. Paul
  16. I have never had any problems with parts being missing, yet :)
  17. Thanks for the feedback, I am thinking about putting on some larger wheels :)
  18. These are some photos of a MOC I have been working on for a while :) it features a fully working tipping and pickup / drop off bin and hand of god steering. Lifting Gear Front of the truck In these is is lifting a full 375ml beer can ;)
  19. How do people handle this? Do you tell people or do you keep it mostly to yourself :)
  20. This looks really good, nice design and it looks to work well. Paul
  21. Thanks, have I done something wrong????
  22. Some of you have had them built for a long time, well done :)
  23. This is me :)
  24. I checked out Kmart here yesterday and they only had one basic technic set :(
  25. Since my return from the dark period over the last few weeks and with the limited space I have here this has become a topic I am very interested in. I store my Lego in some plastic Tupperware containers plus a large multi bin case for the smaller things, this means I can store them under my desk without worrying about them coming open and spilling out ;) As far as storing my "works in progress" I built this up the other day from some MDF and pine which works well and fits under the bed between building sessions ;) it is 700mm x 450mm. What smart ideas do you use to store your's? Paul
