Modular Madness: Tea house and bride's dress boutique
lightningtiger replied to Redhead1982's topic in LEGO Town
Wonderful pair of modular buildings 'Redhead1982' - the bridal shop is just.....well.... - you could easily make it into a Friend's creation. The bricked wall on the back of the tea house is fantastic......good luck and Brick On.....here comes the brick... -
Cool starfighter 'DrNightmare', neat rear hatch and I really like the styling....a fusion of Star Wars and Buck Rogers ! Brick On Fly On Fight On 'DrNightmare' !

Er, which website 'damin' you left out the link ? Anyway, compare these two images and tell me how they match ? Sadly scaling is out of whack, but to relate to the real structure in scale vs. minifig scale I feel it's the best I can do right now ! I'm going to try and have that rear wall done today if work and parts allow it.

Thanks for the suggestion 'damin', I'm thinking of DHL but I need to know how big the box will be though......pity I couldn't get the Aussie arm of that huge company to help me ship it somehow but I'll finish the build first and then worry about it.

Neat review 'AFOLEGODT', I this set....cool mine to sit in a small valley or alike and that little train is the bomb ! Plus I didn't pay full retail....got it for 99 bucks AU on sale a month ago. The tipper tractor-trailer design appears to can go anywhere due to it's different attachment. The driller almost reminds me of something from Thunderbirds. Thanks for the review 'AFOLEGODT'.....Brick On Review On !

Ninjago: Masters Of Spinjitsu TV Show Thread
lightningtiger replied to Lance's topic in LEGO Media and Gaming
I liked the "Child's Play" episode a lot, even better than last season....noted the tilt at Alien Conquest, City, among other Lego themes...even Star Wars with light sabers ! I also noticed on that YouTube page a little note about a Lego Friend's TV series.....?- 4,591 replies

Lego Superheroes 2013 Rumours & Discussion
lightningtiger replied to CorneliusMurdock's topic in LEGO Licensed
This snippet of a press release from the 19th of July.....Found it here, scroll down to find it. "The much-anticipated film is also being supported by LEGO, the official partner in the construction category, with a construction set inspired by The Dark Knight Rises." Now that word is inspired, not actually based on....so it might not be canon. So it might a single set containing just those three minifigs in TDKR costumes. -
Even though cash was running low, a 25% discount slip at TRU mean't this.......

Neat idea 'turtleman2020'....roadside repairs in outer space, the mechanics look perfect for the job ! The space craft reminds me a little of the RV from Spaceballs and rubbish collection ship from Quark ! Brick On !

Impressive vehicle 'Gabor', though I would use 1x1 cone pieces on the ends of those water jets....just to bulk them up a little. (at the moment they look like they are used for watering peoples gardens ) Keep up the great work and Brick On !

Dude, what frontages....they are totally AWESOME ! Town Plan cinema pimped to the max....really, if they both had interiors.... - they would be among the best modulars ever designed. Keep going 'Hoexbroe', don't forget that five & dime store ! Brick On !
