Thanks , I'll check the scaling and order some parts.....though wouldn't the black cage used in many of Lego's more recent construction vehicle work as well in the design ? This will take pride of place when completed in the sales yard....keep watching everyone !
-
Well 'Rune Haako' out of your list the following would have a chance.... Radio Station Minifigs - Radio DJ(s), and crew. Animal Control Sets (Animal Control Officer Minifigs, Vehicles, and Animal Shelter) Package Courier Sets similar to UPS and FedEx (Deliverer Minifigs, Vehicles, Store, and Warehouse) The others I guess no, though a bar and motorcycle shop could make it as a modular. I'll add a fresh one from the top of my head, concert stage with a band, a roadie and a few groupies......goodness we would end though with either The Wanted or One Direction !

Aussie sales! Share the news of LOCAL sales!
lightningtiger replied to Darth_Legois's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
No Target exclusive any more.....the sponge is now a general release so everyone will have him and Patrick. -
Aw, cute....yeah, instructions sure...parts will be a problem I'll have to use the larger bucket. Besides it reminds me a little of construction vehicles from MB (sorry, hope I didn't offend ). Plus you're right I didn't know Hinckley drove one of those.....must be a man of many skills eh ? I will be prototyping a new showroom to make the Ford dealer more realistic.....keep watching....keep suggesting.

lightningtiger replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Licensed
Thanks 'KielDaMan' for this review, I guess the sponge must take Mermaidman's place now......goodness help those in Bikini Bottom....I wonder where Bikini Top is ? I didn't think much of this set until I built mine, actually I like it and very Sponge Bob indeed. Sadly we'll never hear those words again..... R.I.P. Ernest Borgnine -
AWESOME creation 'lysander', very Naboo style structure and lots of activity in that hanger....just don't let Jar Jar lose in there what ever you do ! Brick On 'lysander' !

BigW T.T.P has Spiderman and Monster Fighters sets.....scored Spiderman tonight....great build, AWESOME minifigs. -
Komatsu is like JCB, front end loaders and dump trucks....etc., that forklift idea sounds good too.
-
Excellent MOD 'Pencil_42', and by the looks of it the female fire-fighter must be off-duty. Brick On 'Pencil_42' !
-
Only perfect if I had a shrink ray ! Not really minifig scale is it.....I'm looking at their bob-cat's at the moment and seeing if I can adapt the new Lego mining one into one of theirs.
-
Hmm, a Komatsu dealership as well....I like the idea and thanks 'Alasdair' if you want to design some minifig scale vehicles go for it - I won't forget to give credit to you for your work. Another building might go on the cards now, I'll start scratch-building today and play with some ideas....perhaps on the other side of the tyre storage yard another showroom with vehicles in it and the building with the petrol bowser out front will get sign writing saying 'Parts & Service Reception'....hence the chain saw with go into the other showroom. Man, this may never end....AWESOME !

Alpha 3 Nimbus Class Starfighter (The V-wing)
lightningtiger replied to Commander Colt's topic in LEGO Star Wars
AWESOME V-wing 'Commander Colt', impressive detailing and looks pretty close to the ones picture in the artwork. Brick On 'Commander Colt' ! -
Excellent work 'Horry', still waiting for some original series everyone ? (or maybe I might step up to the plate....I'll seriously think about later in the week....as long as I remember ) I do like the raptor craft, both actually the plain looks as good as the dark red trimmed one. Brick On by the Lords Of Kobol 'Horry' !
-
Thanks for the comments 'LegofreakKO345' and 'Alasdair', actually it's not intended that you drive into the garage area but it gives the impression you can. Now another structure, hmm....well there is a yard going to the right of the workshop hence the side door. The yard will be tyre storage and then along side of that a sales yard with the return of the green JD tractor and perhaps other vehicles. We'll see....but your right 'Alasdair' there might be a need for more buildings. More today....keep watching !
-
Excellent MOC and it's your first....goodness what we will see in the future eh ? I like the coffee bar and booze bar downstairs, but it's the exterior that sells it....lots of detailing without overkilling it. Brick On 'shimon' !

Choice Mag Australia's insult to AFOL's
lightningtiger replied to BrickTango's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Unbelievable, well I've sent a message to Choice complaining about their narrow mindedness. I'll post the result, if there is one. -
'ACPin' he's the Bro with the Fro ! Or does it prove that the clones that become imperial stormies rediscover their NZ roots ? I look forward to Star Wars meets Studio 54......Brick On 'ACPin' !
