Now this is a post office 'benny', just simply beautiful in design.....it has what we call in Oz that Federation design feel to it (that's very late Victorian/early Edwardian look). Brick On 'benny' !

We always knew that Lego was plastic GOLD ! There profit increase still happen even when all the others tried there best with their own brick construction range.....goes to prove what quality does....it equals sales and profits.....more money to invest in new products, designs and themes.

You may or may not have noticed the small structure to the left of the shop......built slightly different than even the CO-OP Agro Centre......I like trying different things.....Brick On ! Edit - Oh, that on the back of the truck is a tank for either water or farming chemicals as it's in the country. Also the entry is inspired by an actual petrol station in Port Lincoln SA that is actually a Caltex !

I have been told what the retailers have been......the floor of the original is not strong enough and the minifig would fall though it ? In my opinion it's to do with the water cannon, but in the new instructions the landing floats are different too.

Thanks for the positive feedback 'gazumpty' and 'rriggs', I have finished the move to NM for the servo now.....final exterior trim for the driveway area going in at the moment. I wonder how everybody else's projects are rocking and rolling at the moment ?

Well, the reason the AU price isn't $2 a litre is that we produce our own oil.....true the U.K. have the North Sea but I feel Aussie oil is cheaper to drill for.....perhaps.

The tiger fires his final shot in this showdown........ Caltex Service Station Well a picture is worth a thousand words, I love the open back design and just adding little pieces of the real world makes it pop a little more. I can now move this building over to New Mannum, so yes this is final 'Aussie BJ' and good luck to my fellow combatants......Brick On !
