To kick the year off, I present my most recent custom CMF series This is the first one of the final batch, which already makes me feel nostalgic but I'm glad I was able to bring this project to an end And now without further ado.... NOTE. I'm playing to be The LEGO Group here, so I'm taking the new pieces from Series A to Series W as already introduced pieces. With 16 all-new, special minifigures in Series X, the Minifigures Collection continues to grow. Each minifigure comes in a sealed ‘mystery’ bag with one or more accessories, display plate and collector’s booklet. Inspired by movies, history and just everyday life, this collection includes: Parade Dancer, Comedian, Electrician, Steampunk Explorer, Koala Boy, Tea Partier, Golem, Evil Mermaid, Wild West Lady, Sultan, Enchantress, Combined Mecha, Plague Doctor, White Chess King, White Chess Queen and Olympian Archer 1. Electrician Part assortment (7 pieces): Toolbox piece, rope piece, 2x1 tile printed as multimeter. Recolor of Gail's helmet+hairpiece combo. Regular head, torso and legs. 2. Pretty fine selection of recolors Another Brick costume to collect. I wonder if they plan to release it in every single color

Merry Christmas everyone! In this very special day, I'd love to present the teaser for my upcoming series of ideas for CMFs The CMF fun returns for one final act with Series X next January 1st

My dream would be Series 23 Actually, I was secretly hoping because of the COVID pandemic we would get an extra normal series, instead of the (now normal) single one we get every year Mostly because every licensed series needs new molds to accurately represent the characters, which would have been more dificult to desing and produce during the lockdown. On the other hand, a regular CMF wave with no new molds would have been easier to design only with software. But I guess they had a lot worked in advance with the CMFs, and the pandemic left no consequences whatsoever

I don't think casual HP fans need a minifigure for every time Harry changes clothes That also would mean the minifigures of the sets would be either repetitive or just less detailed versions of the CMFs Instead of a CMF, I'd like a "Vignettes" set like this one. Maybe one per movie, includind the most iconic/important moments or fan favorites scenes

I agree with @BrickBob Studpants on this one. This point a third CMF series feels unnecesary, except if is based on DH A DH CMF could be a way to circumvent TLG's (absurd) conflict with that movie in regards to their values 12 separate minifigures cant be considered too violent or too dark on their own, similar to what they did with Cedric, putting him away from the graveyard duel set

With Muppets and Marvel 2 coming next year, I think it's almost impossible for the other series to be Disney 3 Which makes me wonder, what could be the 4th series then?

Well, the rumor right now is that Mavel Series 2 is coming next year... That would be the 4th unknown CMF wave for 2022

I've been reading, and most speculation points to the COVID lockdown Supposedly, they designed sets with only a software during that time, which means they never built the actual thing with physical bricks before green-lighting it While that assumption is sound, I'm surprised no one bothered to check at any point Also, if this is correct, it would mean we should expect more flaws like that one in this upcoming winter waves

What if.... they release a Wizarding World of Harry Hotter set with rides and such That could be a way of releasing DH stuff, without releasing DH sets. Like the Gringotts dragon.. It would be a nice loophole....
