Just to clarify The Scuttler is not the Batwing. It's a mech. Looks like a bat in this position: And the minifigures are Joker with the coattails outfit, Poison Ivy riding a mini monster plant, Batman, Barbara Gordon (with the Arkham Asylum outfit), Commissioner Gordon and Robin with civilian clothes (I don't know his real name here)

Mmmmm...... The LEGO Group? Playability is a very important factor when designing a set. If the minifigures are out of proportion, You can't play with a set if the minifigures are gigantic inside it. That's is exactly why they included microfigures in the Helicarrier. So, yeah, who cares? Well, LEGO does.

I don't see how they can reduce the size enough to make it acceptable for LEGO Ideas standards. That thing is huge. Is as big as a D2C. It looks even bigger than Simpsons House or the Ghostbusters Headquarters. And if they downsize it that much, the minifigures would be out of proportion. The only way they could make it work would be replacing minifigures with microfigures, like the Helicarrier. Of course, the set has less chances of being approved because LEGO already has the Marvel license And also, this show has been around for like 3 years now, right? And LEGO hasn't shown interest on producing sets based on them. Overall, this set has very little chances of making it.

Yes, that "normal" purple Joker comes in the Scuttler set, along with Poison Ivy

It seems Marvel is getting the getting the short end of the stick next year. I thought it would be DC, considering the Batman Movie sets, but even DC alone is getting more sets than Marvel

I don't think this is a Disney set, since there won't be a Disney CMF series next year.
