  1. That UK version is weird......looks like something from a MAD magazine and not like the movies at all. Here's some new pictures from the upcoming 5th movie; http://www.yahoo.com/s/545538
  2. I presume that was directed at me so I shall now answer it. The angle used for the Imperial Outpost box-art is a head-on 1/2 perspective; For every one of the six 'rooms' there appears to be no back wall. It looks like it is completely open and exposed to all elements. As we all know, the Imperial Outpost has multiple walls all on the sides of the base and a nice brown double door in the back. The camera that has captured the box-art is also exactly perpendicular to the top roof rendering it impossible to see or even notice the top floor's existence. The 3/4 perspective shown here gives a much better depiction; As we also all know, Sabre Island isn't completely sealed either, but the 5/8 perspective used on its box only shows the specific sealed section, as we can see here; That is good box art.
  3. You have just revived a four month old thread with a post that makes no sense. *n* Please, wake up and smell the coffee, Mr. Cole.
  4. Considering you'ld have to manke unofficial elements for sails anyway I'd have no problem using megablok sails. I'd bet if you used those no one here would even notice unless told otherwise, and they might be even better than one (peraps you) could make in the first place. *y* I think it's a good idea but I highly doubt you will be able to find parted-out magblok sets anywhere. Seriously, quit the spamming kiddo. |-/
  5. Read the Wikipedia article and stop spamming.
  6. I suppose you want a picture? 8-|
  7. No Cannon Cove or Smuggler's Shanty, eh? My favorite is the Imperial Outpost, although Lagoon Lockup has a close second. The angle choosen for boxart of the Imperial Outpost is the worst possible. |-/
  8. At the widest part the door way is 20 studs wide providing the door slide fully, but since that is so high up the cockpit would hit. A more reasonable spot would be 18 studs long. The speeder is a little under 16 studs as the wings are folded slightly. So even if the doors stick out one stud each, it will still just manage to sqeeze through just like Dr. Henry 'Indiana' Jones. ;-)
  9. Yeah, way too much free time. I forgot to post my own google video. :-P *Click*
  10. I'm sure we have at least one other thread about this. Oh well. Coke and Mentos Family Guy Jesus Jib Jab - a play on Who's on first? And mostly all Robot Chicken. Yeah. X-D
  11. Admins, I wouldn't say this base isn't hot, although as a matter of fact it's quite chilly, but I think it would be better described as a Hoth Base. ;-)
  12. WHAT? Is this joke of really poor taste or have I missed something?
  13. Wow, thanks Sam! white is odd though...I'm hoping for flat silver or maybe just maybe even chrome. 8-
  14. My pleasure, Admiral 4J. However, personally I think the colors are quite suitable. Humm....seems to be from Episode I. *CLICK* EDIT: 4J beat me too it. Yes, you're correct as I'm still awaiting an Ewok village and/including an Endor Bunker. :-/
  15. Interesting. So..........have we forgoten about our frontpage? Salmon.
  16. Hmm.....I'm a bit confused about the door in Hoth; obviously it opens and closes but I dont see how that's possible with those studs exposed on the top of the interlocking wedges of the door. Wow, I love those figs. WHA? - Why is the Prequel Trilogy ship in Original Trilogy scenery in this picture?
  17. Cool, thanks l2k. I like that pirate hat......now they just need a new line to go with it. ;-) Ghoulrealm will be happy. X-D
  18. Wow.....I think this is good proof. And it looks pretty good too but Hoth is smaller than I expected. Who's Flickr gallery are those from? Nevermind
  19. The 2000 one or the 2007 one? We don't have the 2007 yet but the 2000 can be found here.
  20. Sadly, no. *sad*
  21. 'Big Daddy Nelson Y-Bros-K' has made a Piratical MOCBOX utilizing a clickits shell. Also a Clickits Jupiter. Belleville also has some intersting bottles that I believe will be released in gold in the new Hogwarts. The Belleville dish is another great piece also used in many systen sets nowadays. The Belleville shovel is kind of nice too, but it only comes in yellow.
  22. Here's my Small cabin to fit in my small ship, the HMS Prometheus. Small bed, small desk with some papers, map hug on wall, and a shelf of liquor. I also had a lamp attached to the ceiling that I didn't bother photographing.
  23. Yup.
  24. Here's my tip; the windows are fine. *y* I anxiously await your brilliant idea captured in MOC, Lord Admiral. It's a minifig scale set with no minifigs. :-/ Bonaparte's house looks very much like a Spanish terra cotta house that would be located somewhere warm in the Caribbean. The new Creator house would make an great Governer's mansion too, but it would be located in a more frigid and industrail enviroment with many direct links to civilation providing more technology and reasorces.
  25. Brilliant! Thanks for posting this, Mr. Doggfather. ;-)
