Great last build

Before AG1 ends I would like to take opportunity to thank all those involved in making this game come to and for maintaining it. I would have liked to be more active but my wife's health is keeping me busy with maintaining house and job and all of other life's great jobs. I am hoping to return in AG2 but we will see. I have enjoyed peoples creations and stories and the challenges of building something different almost each week, kudos to all and hope to see you all in AG2. Jody Meyer

@Brickwolf I also like how this is set out, it would be able to show progress in someone's character.

Um...it's Sunday...and will judged I would think.

After reading these posts it is safe to say that I to suffer from depression and anxiety, I have sets just sitting here not getting built, I feel there is a wall preventing me from building them, I know it is myself. There is no group around me for at least eight hour drive, so can't do that. I have been a member here for many years now and trying to get ahead of both the anxiety and depression by working with in the sci fi group play Andromedia gates. this has help and it has not, sad but true. I am turning 42 this year, my daughter is going into grade ine and is slowly going into the dark ages of lego which is allowed..my wife whom is not well has no interest in lego at all, just tolerates it with me...I guess I am saying that I am happy that I am not alone and that there are those who help. regards Jody Meyer

@Goliath I have been tossing this idea as well, maybe we can work something out later on once AG2 is started and think of ways to introduce and keep new "aliens" moving forward in AG2 and not just show up for on or two builds... Cheers Jody

I brought up a discussion that made a few valid points about judging as well as using ldd as opposed to real bricks. Page 30 in the introduction and discussion. I think, as bad as it is....maybe a two tier point system that can help guide players and have two categories, there are builders here that have their sets at Lego conventions (which is awesome.) and someone like me who putters in my basement trying to become better. I get there are anchors for every team...if there was a way for all who submitted a build for a certain week could have input in the judging maybe that could help. Sorry, just thinking... i wish I could submit a stop motion video and have that as a submital... sorry. jody.
