  1. Yeah, but I already entered, so there's no way I can modify it.
  2. Honestly, I was kidding....
  3. According to Black Six, you, along with the rest of the Lego Company, have tricked us into thinking that we will lose Bionicle.
  4. True, it could be another Bionicle line, but all the same, I want them to take that biggest original line they own and start using it to experiment what kids will like, just like Nickelodeon did with that lesbian joke in Drake & Josh....
  5. It doesn't make the storyline any less rushed than normal, it just goes back to go into detail, proving that it was rushed out in the first place. I'm thinking of it like a... director's cut.
  6. No, it wouldn't limit the amount of characters in the books, it would limit what Lego made based on what was in the books. If story was first, the only problem would be that the sets would be released a bit later then the books were. Even then, Lego Star Wars (star wars seems to be the best comparison to Bionicle I can think of) releases sets around the same time, if not a year earlier than, the movies come out. All they need to do is work along side the writers to see what is going to be important in the next book, so that they have time to make it into a set.
  7. You know what, that is completely genius... If Bionicle were to be a toy line based on the books, instead of the books based on the toyline, the story didn't have to be so convoluted, they wouldn't have to write for the toys age range, but for the teen fans who are more likely to read the book! I mean, we would still have sets, but they'd be based on what the writers wanted in the story, not what the designers wanted as sets. The Lego group could just release the characters they find the builders would like, and everybody wins!!!! Think about how a normal franchise works. Star wars isn't forced to make movies based on the action figures, but the action figures are taken from the movies and (I'm assuming) the books. Now, doesn't that sound like a better way to go with Bionicle?
  8. Seriously? Why won't the storyline just realize that no one loves it anymore... I really feel the need for a major reboot, if not a new line entirely. I'm still pushing for a slizers remake...
  9. It isn't that the line won't be able to beat the sets, it's that it won't be able to beat the nostalgia...
  10. That's how Lego lines tend to end; not with a bang, but a whimper...
  11. I'm thinking that whatever replaces Bionicle will be what BzPower's new focus will be...
  12. We got a new body piece, remember? In 2007... The body couldn't be used creatively and was ditched with the Piraka body. I just hope the sets have fewer specialized pieces. My favorite piece by far is the T-bar (used on Hydraxon as knuckles). They need to make more pieces that alter the way things connect, not what connects to them. (the Legends double socket is a step in the right direction.)
  13. Eh, probably for the best anyways. Do you want another year of Inika builds?
  14. I'm ok with that, as long as it gets replaced. The comics cost extra money, money we pay for in the sets. Also, TLC won't have to add the canisters "for nostalgic purposes" or whatever they're calling it nowadays... I'm guessing that the movie was a bust, considering the fact that it was on TV a month after it came out.
  15. Is anything in Bionicle really believable? I mean, we all know its fake. Maybe they made the prototype in protodermis, but it crushed under its own weight (What's the status of the prototype? I don't really follow the story, aside from the comics.) They later found a pool of a mysterious boiling liquid, and upon the liquids cooling it turned out to be a new substance? I don't know, but Greg is bound to think something up...
  16. Has giant robot man been said to be Protodermis? He could be some new thingy...
  17. What will Mata Nui do when the battle is over? Just walk the earth body carcass for all his days?
  18. Ungh. If Micheal Bay entered in Bionicle, we'll have $200+ worth in these guys... Now do you really want that? Really?
  19. No!!!! Don't let Bay anywhere near Bionicle!!!!! He'll give the characters genitalia...
  20. There, that's what Greg 'll use...
  21. SHUTUPSHUTUP!!! I don't want competition!!!! Woah, I don't think anyone could even say shutup that many times like that in real life, and I don't think anyone could even read it that many times. The gun thing's irrelevant though, because I don't think the rules allow it. Yeah, you're right. I'm just a little anxious....
  22. It only took an hour and a half or so... my usual stuff takes a few days to make. Again, just make sure to give credit where credit is due... And yes, I am lazy; Nom-Noms was a self-MOC.
  23. Yeah, it is awesome. Alright, I realize that people hate red axles, and I can see why, but I find them a necessity for the Lego Company, even if it only saves them a few dollars... Anyways, I tried to think of something that really bugged me. What I came up with: Chatspeak. So, I combined the two, and came up with this monster. I've got to be honest, I got this idea a few days earlier, and I'm SOOOOOO glad I didn't post it earlier... Yeah, here's the only other picture... So, there isn't much else I can photograph, but if you think of something, tell me and I'll take a pic. ...And please don't ask for instructions... 24. Sure, they love that, but guess what we don't have?
  25. They didn't run out of ideas: Lava land, underwater, skyways, foreign planet. These are generally overused ideas, but that's because kids love them, and all that any company really cares about is whether they're up or down in profit.
