A short movieclip of my temporary layout is here:
Thanks! Those 16x32 dark grey baseplates are indeed looking like old European cityroads. It saves space too and they are less expensive... I use these and the regular darkgrey roadplates. I have plans to add more 2x2 grey tiles to create a better trottior look.
I will... I wasn't enthousiast either when I first saw this building. But it is really great! It has so much detail inside. I like it better than Cafe Corner.
Thanks, this is not my complete layout. My Eiffeltower didn't fit on this table. It was only put together to make these pics. I'll upload more pictures in the near future, as my new (bigger) table is ready...
I would like to see:
- More new traffic signs.
- A new parking baseplate.
- Something like a drive-inn burger restaurant.
- Old Boats (like 8x20 studs)
- Icecream van
What they really should do to all AFOL is selling straight roadplates, without junctions etc.!!!
I've just found this pic on Flickr. I haven't seen this set before? Could it mean a new hospital- line in 2010?
Sorry if someone has posted this before, I'm new here... It's set 2064 by the way...
