  1. I second King Kahuka, he was somehow able to offer resistance to invading Pirates with warriors and spears...and sometimes still win!
  2. Great review, with great pictures. I've been sitting on the fence about whether to get this set or not, I think you convinced me to get it!
  3. In light of getting new Clone Wars-style figures for everyone under the sun, it's perfectly plausible that they would redo General Grievous, too. But I have no idea how they would do any kind of ball joint (though it would be fantastic). On a different note, does it strike anyone else how strange it would be for Lego to release a Plo Koon Starfighter when they just put Koon in a high-dollar set? Especially when (at least at my local Toys R Us), both sets would be selling at the same time!? Just a thought.
  4. Thanks for the greetings, everyone! In reply to your question, Darth Legolas, I enjoy building and collecting select sets from both OT and PT, but I like PT better than OT. My collection is more tilted towards PT, mainly because of the Jedi available in those sets. I guess I collect Jedi more than either trilogy!
  5. Michael, thanks for the tip about the e-mail/pm issue. Back on topic, I live in the States as well and could procure Space Police/Agents sets to trade to you for ninjas and/or Harry Potter stuff. My e-mail is yoda_galadhfang@yahoo.com if you want to pursue some kind of deal or not, please let me know. I'm sure we could work out some kind of trade. Thanks!
  6. Hi Michael, I am interested in the Green Ninjas and the White Shogun. Please e-mail me and maybe we can work out some kind of deal, if you have not gotten a deal from someone else by now.
  7. Hi! I'm Jedi Master Fangorn, have read these forums for years, and finally decided to join. I'm in my early twenties, graduate student in American history, and am really interested in the American Civil War and American Indian history. As far as Lego, the bulk of my collection is Star Wars (early 2000s), Castle (all time periods), Pirates (Redcoats, Bluecoats, etc), and City (1990s). My favorite themes include Star Wars, Vikings, Forest, and the current Fantasy Castle line. Unfortunately, most MOC-ing is on hold right now as my collection is in storage while I finish college, but most of my MOCs were forest-castle outpost-city building types. I have played with Lego since really early childhood, and very much enjoy playing and building things with my 10 year old little brother, introducing him to new building styles, etc. Hobbies include reading reference books on Lord of the Rings and Star Wars, cooking, strategy games, and hiking/biking. Hope to meet lots of people, and learn lots from much more experienced builders!
  8. Hard to pick just five! 1. StarViper-class attack platform MOC by mrb18 2. Emporor Palpatine’s Arrival at Death Star II by Morten 3. Plo Koon’s Jedi Starfighter by DutchRebel 4. Republic R-Wing by Rook 5. Endor Diorama by mutley777
