I think I need to take a break from star wars for a while, I just feel like I convince myself I need new clones when really I don't, but I definitely need batman villains, right?
-
Definitely go for the funhouse, it hits a great price to piece ratio, you get the dynamic duo, and you get three awesome villains! Personally, I'm gonna buy the Batcave and the Funhouse because I already bought the old Batmobile set which came with a much better looking Two-face and I've built a batmobile ten times better then the one in the set. If your heart is set on a black batman though, go for it. I'm buying all the sets from the theme except for the batmobile though.

Wait, did you getthe fob as retail manager, or are you just excited that theres is going to be a Lego storein Vancouver? Either way, congrats! regarding the superheroes, I'll give em a ring and see what I can find.

I think you already no the answer to that question.

Awesome entries, if theres one thing I learned from this contest, its that bigger isn't always better. The best vignettes focused on one or two layers with lots of awesome building techniques, this helps give a focus to your moc. 5) Cat Burglar (Build by Darkblane) 1 points 16) Access to Batcave via Batpoles (Build by GV357) 2 point

Awesome entries all around everyone! 1) Enter: The Joker (Build by SI-mocs) 1 point 10) Secret Origins: Batman + Epilogue (Build by GV357) 1 point 11) The Dark knight! (Build by Skrytsson) 1 point These were my three favourites though!

Hahaha , yes Master Spock I'll try calling Sherway tomorrow. Your going tonight? A little late night Christmas shopping?
-
You can't expect me to wait two days can you? Just asking if anyones seen anything, although I could always just call the store.

Anyone spotting any of the superhero sets in Canada? Specifically if anyone knows if they are in the back room of the lego store or not?

Hahaha, Looks like someone forgot to build on a flat surface! Or maybe your forgot to sort all your pieces in the beginning. I wonder how you missed those pieces with the over-simplified instructions Sorry, couldn't resist, but you did have that one coming. Thanks again for the review though!

Awesome review Hink! Gotta love this set for deviating from the bat-sentric "DC" theme. Kinda wish we had more sets like these that keep the license new and fresh, theres always wave 2 though. Can't wait to pick this one up.

Nice entry! I like your furniture, the chair and dresser look cool! But the window looks a little drab if you ask me, maybe you could add some things to spruce it up a bit.

Maybe I should try space, I like making cool vehicles. And I really like Robin, can't wait to get multiples of the new fig to customize. Thanks! I liked the idea of arranging and rearranging the whole scene for each mission. Thanks! The Bike is definitely my favourite part too! Thanks! I think I'll need all the luck I can get with all the other awesome entries. Once again, A big thanks to everyone!

Finally, an ending to this ordeal! What a great game to be a part of and watch. I wish I had played a bit more passively rather then spark up questions here and there, definitely could have kept myself alive longer. I had the idea of using my questionable character ability on night one, then telling everyone in day 2 that I lied about being investigator, to hopefully either get the scum off my case, or if I was voted out, to still be able to be part of the game. OH well, I decided to stay true to the town. Awesome job to the town, Def definitely brought his A -game for this one, and Kiel did an awesome job too (when he wasn't calling me stupid ) I would be really disappointed if they didn't win. I guess the death of some villains means no sequel eh? But with the new DC license, maybe JLA mafia?

Welcome to the boards Homer! We have a great town/train forum, but be sure to keep uptodate with our Canada eh? topic, a safe haven for all things Canadian (but mostly Lego)

words, fail me, cannot describe... :cry_happy: :cry_happy: I'm actually crying right now. Okay time to collect my thoughts, thats an action-packed set alright! Definitely shot to the top of the list. Theres an extra riddler head and bowler hat! , I had an idea of doing something similar to this with the indiana jones tracks. oh well. And only 39.99??!?!?!?!?!?! thats way to good to be true! But another batcycle sucks, and worst of all it's pretty , overall a must have!

LEGO Superheroes have arrived at TRU... by Slayerdread, on Flickr Looks like the sets are starting to pop up in stores this photo comes from Delaware I think, so they should hit Canada soon

No problem! Thanks for the comment! Thanks a lot! I loved the games as well, but Arkham Country sounds a bit ridiculous
-
Oh thats awesome! Although I can't stand the campy Adam West batman (though he does make a good Gray Ghost) I love this build! Attention to detail is great, overall amazing. But I don't understand how Dick gained a few inches ( ) from street clothes to his regular costume .

Thanks! I don't know if I can provide more pics, though, but I will see what I can do. Not only would I not be disturbed, I'd be down-right honoured! You have my blessings good sir!

 You said it! Right now I'm only really interested in the Joker, maybe pick up the Lantern if theres a sale.

Congratulations CorneliusMurdock, new Licensed Regulator!

I'm glad we now have a guardian to watch over us now. Let him be more then a man, let him be a symbol for what is good. He is vengence, he is the night, he...is....CorneliusMurdock!!!! Congrats on the promotion, but I expect this forum to be in tip top shape -
Created this little devil a while ago, it's based off of the G.I.JOE vehicle of the same name. Hawk by sok117, on Flickr I like these kinds of vehicles, atmosphere heli-copter like vehicles like those in Halo, I just love seeing troops raining hell from the skies. Comments appreciated! -Sok117

the plot thickens with each new day. IT may just be the comic book fan in me, but the days are a pleasure to read. Awesome job on the hosts part!

I see what you did there Great entry Patriot! The buildings look really good although a bit thin, lots of details but the big draw for me is that bodacious crocodile bursting from the sewer. I also like the use of the trans blue wall pieces with junk inside them! Awesome job!
