  1. only 5 hours! i´m slow as hell...
  2. good use of slopes, love that slick look on fighters.
  3. its all about the money :P I loved to old boxes with trays, i had all my Lego stored in those through my ten year dark age. I can understand that kids fall for big boxes but why dont they pack exclusives and such in smaller more effective boxes. Saves alot of transportation costs and storage for TLG. As a grownup i feel more satisfied to buy a heavier box rather than a big one.
  4. totally sweet fighter Have been trying to biuld some homeworld inspired ships myself but never really succeded.
  5. great job! Quite happy to see a review this early, I´m really craving this set. Already got Cafe corner and green grocer on my desk waiting for a buddy :P
  6. working for TLG sound real nice, but i am not sure about living in Denmark :P ...but on the other hand free/cheap lego....i would be hard pressed to make that choice if it ever presented itself
  7. looks really cool Havent seen the movie yet so i hope this isnt a big spoiler :P
  8. nice like dark tan alot !
  9. looks awesome Really like those wheels, and the interior looks really nice
  10. more colors of the one already available. More windows/cockpits and rare pieces cheaper is always nicer but the price is ok at the moment, although bigger brick are way to expenive.
  11. fantastic MOC, love the design, color, shape and function its all there. Giant thumbs up!
  12. Just found this pic on Brickshelf: Customization solves everything
  13. plate armor is not very authentic to roman era, the mainly used segment armor. But i realise the limitations of LDD and lego in general. Made some searching myself and came upp with this: This torso: (just change to red arms) And these Legs: Might just look wierd though, i dont have these legs myself so i couldnt try it.
  14. dark forestmen ftw! These guys actually looks badass, makes the normal forestmen look kinda wimpy(green tight...)
  15. i have a bunch of plastic containers so i usually put one polybag in each. No need for sorting since they are usuallly sorted pretty well to start with.
  16. A nice little ambulance :)
  17. grats to TLG :) Although kinda disturbing seeing Microsoft at No1
  18. fantastic review! I´d love to read more like this, trivia about old/rare pieces is almost as fun as the set itself.
  19. I dislike pieces like these: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=30293pb01 http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=55817 Sort of like the chassis talked about earlier, they are not really needed because you can probably make a boulder that size with smaller pieces. And a big wheel like that should have been something like the waterwheel in 10193 Medieval Market Village.
  20. wow, this i am really looking forward to. Most shows with James May is great. I can recommend "James May´s Top Toys" for those who havent seen it. Lego house will prove difficult i think, altough if they make a clever roof, maybe even a domed roof i think they can pull it of.
  21. really cool build. Love Alien theme Although i have to say Ripley looks a bit happier than i remember
  22. awesome scene, looking forward to part 3
  23. Hello everyone I´m Delmar (not real name) and i have emerged from my dark age and picked up Lego again after turning 25 :) I`ve been lurking on different Lego pages for a while now, and i think its time i make myself heard. Hopefully i will start posting MOCs soon and i´m eager to hear some response. Currently i like building in the space theme, but after buying Green grocer and Café corner, 1930s Town is really interesting. be seeing you /Delmar
